i called few times to see whats the update and the receptionist that always answer the phone gives to much attitude when i ask if theres any update

Receptionist lady literally didn’t let me finish my sentence, told me there was no more shelters available then hung up on me… didn’t like her tone, she was very unhelpful and couldn’t even give me other resources or options.. absolutely disgusting!! don’t bother going to them for help..

I have a cousin who is in town bcuz her dghtr is on a life machine at Harrisburg hospital, I took her there so they could give her money for a hotel and food while she was in town, the help office has helped a lot of ppl out, my cousin was very pleased for the help she received
