Store attendant was very helpful and prompt. He juggled multiple customers all while training a new employee. He handled a difficult situation/patron with sterness but was very polite. Impressive to see that level of responsibility and cool-headedness from a younger guy. I didn't grab his name but the name on my receipt is Shawn.

Called around to many locations about a game for the switch. All systems from every gamestop showed this particular one had it. I called and conversed with the gentleman working. He stated that the game was indeed in-stock. I asked him to set it aside as I have to drive quite a ways. Arrived for him to say that he either
1. Set it aside and someone walked out with it
2. System glitch
3. He misplaced it and just can't find it now.

game stop for harrisburg pa area needs to change opening time on the web it's says 11am but when you got to store says 12pm open..ridiculous

Games Stop ReviewOnce I had some time to breathe and get my thoughts together, this is a HUGE 0 out of 5 star review. After this whole pre-order to the Spider-Man PS5 console, it has left me with such a bad taste in my mouth in regards to Game Stop. I missed the original Spider-Man PS5 pre-order due to being at work, as well as the pre-orders in store around me (Carlisle, Camp Hill, and Mechanicsburg/Silver Spring). So I started calling around during my lunch and finally found Union Deposit still having all 5 pre-orders available. I drove from Chambersburg to the Union Deposit store and placed my $50 deposit, and was told that my console would be released on September 8/9th.September 8th came around and I still had not gotten a call or any notification of the console being ready to be picked up, so I called the Union Deposit store to be told that my $50 deposit was available to be picked up. The employee proceeded to tell me that it had been 3 weeks since the console had been released and that my console was sold to someone else. When asked why no one had reached out to me to alert me of the console being available to be picked up, I was told that the store only keeps pre-ordered consoles for 2-3 days after release, before they are able to be sold to another customer. When I asked to speak to the manager in regards to the lack of communication, the employee informed me that he could not put the manager on the phone, since they were busy with another customer. He repeated that once I got to the store, they’d have my $50 to give back to me, and disconnected the call.There was absolutely no communication from the Union Deposit store in regards to this console. Then to have the console sold out from underneath me, and finally be treated like I’m in the wrong from the employee for not showing up for the console is appalling.Wish you the best of luck if you try to do business at this store for console pre-orders.

I bought a game that didn’t work and told them that I would like to return it. The employee had a very bad attitude and said you can’t return it in a way like I stole his lunch money. I told him that it was within the return window but he said it wasn’t. After arguing for a couple minutes I gave up and went to another gamestop. The lady at the other store was very nice and refunded me without hesitation… I would advise others to avoid the Union deposit location.

just went to this location, and it clearly states that they close at 8 pm... the door was locked, and the employee behind the register did not want to help me or another customer... saying that he had to leave.... this is the second gamestop today that closed early...
