Originally I was going to leave a 1star review for the lacking in customer service I received/ experienced today. This was my first time coming to FedEx to use their self service printer and between the challenges with that, and the discrepancy in a quote I received, I was ready to walk out without what I needed. However, I’m HAPPY to leave 5 stars solely because of the manager, Wayne! He was so empathetic and listened to my experience and how displeased with the initial interaction I was. Wayne went ABOVE and BEYOND to make this situation correct and easy on me to get what I needed done. Wayne, you are definitely in the right position and I thank you again for your kindness and service!

warning,Please don't ship portable charging units at this location. They are not authorized to ship those.I drove over an hour to ship a portable power unit one way and wasn't able to do so.Its not the customer service professionals who caused this situation.It was regulations.I give the staff a 5.I give the regulations a -20.Over 2 hours plus my gas money gone and i have to waste more time and resources to accomplish a simple task.I won't be compensated for my wasted time and effort.

I wanted to send something out or even add it to their outgoing mail and the Asian women at the front told me I was not allowed to do either. I have always gone to fedex and added mail to their outgoing mail with no problems. Seems there is some miscommunication going on behind their staff but that was very annoying.

It is always pleasent coming here. Wayne (I think is his name) is friendly and makes me smile each visit. I don't dread coming here like I do other shipping centers.

One of your drivers named Jeff cheating on his wife with my wife supposed to deliver packages but yet they find time to hit on workers at the job site at dollar general mmm sounds unprofessional to me I’ll let a judge here about it though

I was under the impression that in the US the rampant and unbridled racism was part of the past. Evidently I was wrong. My wife's company has a business account with FedEx, and we used this location since the beginning (not going back again), because there is a "gentleman" that was an absolut and undiluted racist, who did not even care about our valid questions. Almost on a weekly basis we send documents to Mexico and the last package not only doubled the price, but still nowhere to be found after 17 business days. Consequently and first, we kindly asked him the reason for the change of prices (double the habitual) and his discourteous and unmannerly answer was "I don't make the prices". We obviously know you don't and we totally understand it, however, we were just trying to find out, if there was a mistake over the choosen location or something else. But of course, his lack of customer service principles and audibly racism, could not managed a couple of "valid" questions with our little elocution/accent. FedEx should make an effort to know who is going to manage their franchise and the grantee should strive and seek for better employees. The Asian lady in that location, is an amazing employee, however, if you are hispanic or colored individual, we advise you to avoid any contact with that "gentleman". Lack of emotional intelligence and a total absence of customer service fundamentals.
