Complete incompetence. I have an important delivery, signature required. DHL says "today 1:30-3:30". NEVER ARRIVES. Next day says "Today - end of day" - NEVER ARRIVES.
DO NOT USE DHL.
You're better off writing a note and tossing it into the ocean.

First time to avail DHL service. I got assisted promptly by the attendant/representstive, Julie. I was suprised when she gave me a discount. After few hours, the recipient of my package (from Philippines) messaged me that she got DHL notification with tracking number. Wow, that saved my time of doing it. Thanks so much.

Driver couldn't find my house so lied and said my street doesn't exist. DHL believed the driver over me, despite a lengthy history of deliveries to my house by DHL and — you know — maps showing the major road I live on does actually exist. DHL blacklisted my address, still hasn't made the delivery and lying driver is free to fail again.
"The street listed in the Consignee Address field on the transport label is not a known street within the destination service area."
The person who responded to this claiming to want to help sent me a "we're sorry to hear about your frustrations" email and still, my package is not delivered, my address is still blacklisted and lying driver is still employed by the most unprofessional delivery service in the Universe.
