This is a bank who thinks they own everything when they don't own anything there people Park in the wise parking lot when they have their own bank to park in and they don't they're ignorant they are arrogant and they also think they're entitled people I know and this includes their corporate office who makes promises says they're going to take care of a situation and they don't people at this Bank have had other people photographed stock that would be a good word it was reported to corporate they never did anything about it now imagine you have your accounts in that bank and the people or the tellers whoever they are have access to your information would you really want that and this is not liable this is a fact.
Thursday August 22nd I had called and spoke to the bank president about one of her employees as stated above today which is August 23rd Friday this person got in his car sat in his car. Filled with carbon monoxide and his exhaust fumes I went down to the store and I spoke with the assistant manager and I asked her if there was anything I could do and I told her what I did with the bank president she's going to check it out and see if she can get him out of this lot I told her I do not want to call the police so I'm giving her a day or two to try and get him out of here if not I'm filing harassment charges against this person and the bank that will be followed by a lawsuit so Mr and I use Mr Audi who thinks he's got a great car you will be going to court and I will be suing you personally

Please, I’m begging of you, ladies and gentlemen, do not waste your time trying to open up an account with these as horrid people! I don’t even know where to start from them, discriminating against my mentally retarded, handicap, disabled son, all the way to closing an account out of nowhere because I had fraudulent activity and they never notified me and I had to actually found out through an app that I am trying to get my credit resolved through That this was in fact going on and that I had someone trying to obtain my information my own bank should’ve been able to recognize That and notify me and besides, you don’t just close an account you can always change the card number and reset the information just terrible experience. Oh and by the way their head of management as she says she is her name is Samantha terrible customer service completely lied about everything from the time I open my account to the very last day they shut it down and let me make this clear. I have no overdrawn balance I could show you my statement there’s a zero balance because Again I was a victim of fraud, and they just completely shut my account down. There’s a difference between protecting someone further identity than having to do all that when I get my direct deposit, my rent taken out of that account everything what a terrible inconvenience and all they could say is sorry there’s nothing we can do about it , that was their answer good riddance

Do not go with this bank for a small business loan. False representation in regards to a collateral used to secure a small business loan 5 years ago. Wish we went with a different, more trustworthy lender

Do not bank with centric. Ive never dealt with a bank that makes no money available for deposits, they will hold checks for a wk and charge overdraft fees. If you need access to your money or run a business with alot of transactions definitely stay away.

The bank is worthless. I am trying to pay off a 12mos Same As Cash purchase made locally and financed on a Centric Bank Credit Card. I have the balance in hand well before the 12months and tried paying it off at the Mechanicsburg branch. As the teller fumbled trying to find my account I was eventually asked if the account was a credit card. Lori Moyer is seriously the most helpful woman, ever. I've had to call her 2 separate times annually regarding my HSA information and my tax return, from a previous employer and each time she has been WONDERFUL. She is so kind, helpful, and knowledgable. She truly cares and makes sure you understand what she is doing for you. Lori even gave me her direct line in the case I have more questions. She's a gem!

The girls at the Camp Hill branch are amazing. They are always so friendly and always greet you by name when you walk in the door. Such great customer service!! I've never experienced such wonderful service at a bank before. Highly recommend this bank to anyone

I would give this bank 10 stars if I could. I opened my first account around two years ago and have nothing bad to say ever since. This would be for the Camp Hill branch, but my love goes for all the locations. I have been with several credit unions and banks in my 30 years of having accounts and have never had better service than centric Bank. My husband and I recently purchased Mustache Alley Barber Shop located in The West Shore Farmers Market. Our salon is now called Market Hair Experience.
