Placed my order online for a car battery. Got an 18% discount. Super-fast and easy store pickup. I was going to have the battery installed but decided not to drive my 67 Firebird. They even carried the battery outside without having to ask. Battery waiting when I arrived. In & out in less than 5 minutes.

I ordered my battery online and it was ready when I arrived. The Hbg. store associates were very helpful and personable. The store itself was clean and well organized.

Went out to get a battery replacement on my key fob for my Nissan. Previous times I went out I was able to replace it with my lifetime warranty . First the sale rep John wasn't able to find my information due to how my number was typed in so took longer that what I was used to when I usually would go in and it would be less then 5 minutes and I would be out. Once information was finally located was advise by Joe the manager that the warranty was not covered with the fob but it shows 2 other lifetime warranty but don't mention the car model. I advise him that is a Nissan that was purchase for the lifetime warranty. Both of them looked like they was confused and was wasting my time. I just paid for the battery since I was on my lunch break so I could get back to work but did advise them both I would be calling customer service and will definitely not be coming back to this location and will being going to the one over in Camp Hill that has people that knows there job. Terrible service . Wish the option was less then a one.

Joe and John were very helpful and professional. We had an issue with my Dad's phone and we had to come in a couple of times to get some help. The work they did was timely and at a reasonable price.

I had my phone on to have the battery replaced. I don’t mind very much that the battery isn’t an Apple battery but their service was very lacking. As the included photos show, they got glue on the ultrawide angle camera and which makes the image blurry.

iPhone owners beware!!!!!Needed a new battery for my iPhone 12. They installed a battery that gave me error messages in settings and turned out to be weaker than my original. They tried to rectify my problem by installing a second. They don’t use Apple approved parts. You’re wasting your money. Go to an Apple approved repair center or just buy a new phone.

I brought an iPad mini here for a new screen. I picked it up and the iPad isn't working right so I brought it back. The tech said there's another problem with it and they can't repair that. I asked for a refund and he said he couldn't do that so they just robbed me for over $200 and now I have to buy a new iPad. Won't be shopping here again. Buyer beware!!

If I could give less I would. Batteries plus advertises that they can fix broken iPad screens, so when my son cracked my mother’s iPad screen while playing with her IPad we offered to have it fixed and took it to this batteries plus. When we took it in they said it would be no more than a day or 2 easy fix! It was just the screen and when we dropped it off we actually unlocked it by receiving a message on the iPad sent by my mother clearly the iPad was working. After one week my husband called because we had not heard anything from the store the person we spoke to was very unsure but said the iPad would be done that day. When my hundred returned for it the iPad would no longer turn on and was not working. When my husband questioned this they said it was like that when it came in. My husband reminded them he had received the password to unlock it via the iPad and it was indeed not like that. They offered to replace the motherboard but we were obviously not sending it out and paying for it when it had been broken under their repair. My husband came home and called customer service he was reassured that it would be covered and we returned it to have their error corrected. iPad was sent out and after 2 weeks we were called to pick up, husband went to pick up iPad and they are not releasing iPad and charging us $455. We could have bought a new iPad as this is a series 9. Customer service has notes and is reviewing but this store is not to be trusted!
