I live right down the street from Riggins, they don't work on or do repairs on the kind of garbage a peasant like me drives, but they're the most polite folks I've ever spoken with concerning car repairs, whether they could help me or not. Very very professional and polite.

THE best service shop I have dealt with in Pittsburgh. From start to finish, the experience was perfect. I had specific alignment specs to hit for track and they nailed it. You have no idea how hard it is to find a great alignment shop in western PA. I traveled from a hour away and will continue to do so. This is now my go to for anything I will need in the future.

One of a kind shop here! He is very knowledgeable about all makes and models of vehicles, this has to be one of the most helpful specialties shop in the area! They always make time to see what the problem may be and always seem to make sure its done right!

Quality service, friendly staff, accommodating drop-off and pick up. I like how so many emoyees are also enthusiasts. But I think they bite off more than they can chew at times, at least with my car. They don't have the factory recommended diagnostic computer, so they have to make do with other diagnostic computers. That's the only reason for not giving 5 stars.

If you are a Saab fanatic, you have to have it serviced by Bernie at George Riggin Specialty. He is the only mechanic to work on my cars for the last 25 years. Ask him about his collection of cars he's 'rescued'.
