Made appointment, dropped off vehicle night before, called the garage at 4 to see if done &was told parts hadn't arrived yet. Got car told them I would bring back next week parking horrendous. Called them at 2 and still working on, can't give me time. 4:45 still no call was quoted price, charged $200+ over quote, paid cr card never mentioned fee or I would have used check. There were many lies told and because I am a woman I guess they thought they had one on me. Hopefully the work was done in a professional manner, remains to be seen. Do I have to say I am disappointed upset maybe angry

I love Rusty! Always fair prices and reliable work. I've been coming here for years. I've been quoted $7-800 on work elsewhere, came to see Rusty at Robert's Denovo, and was charged a little over $250, AND I added an oil change! I've never looked back!
It's nice to know there are some trustworthy good people left. I am always made to feel like a friend here, not just a customer.

Brought my truck to them after having been through several other mechanics while never being able to figure out the exact issues and they were able to diagnose and repair everything that was wrong for me and with ease with out a problem ?. Prices are very fair and very knowledgeable and educated guys. Highly recommended shop to go too.

Rusty & Dave always make my visit quick and convenient!!This shop is definitely my go to automotive shop!!Opened at 9am & they were at my house in 10 minutes to jump my car!!

Steven K . You said it best. They are they greatest at not only fixing your problem. As well they let you know what is going to be needed done within however amount of time. You are not leaving their garage/Home in any dangerous manor. Most of all if anyone can remember the great ole time Mechanics when you got your vehicle fixed it was fixed right. When every vehicle is your baby and you send it back out purring like a kitten. I trust these guys 100%.

Guys don't know a wrench from a screw driver. way over priced have zero customer service skills better off doing it yourself and hoping for a better outcome
