Very nice place. My Dog was very comfortable and got lots of loving caring attention as soon as he walked in the door. When my dog is comfortable and happy, it makes the whole experience better. Dr. Anna and staff were very pleasant to talk to and seemed to love their job and what they do. I needed an appointment for my two cats next and they got me scheduled with no hesitation or problems the next day. Would Definitely recommend bringing your pet here.

Such lack of real customer service. I set an appointment as a potential new client. Their policy requires $65 ahead of time, which you will forgo if you miss it. Due to extreme circumstances, I missed the appointment. I explained this to them and asked if they could please waive the fee as a one-time-courtesy. The reply I received from Dr. Mosier and her staff was so rude and inflexible that it was hard to believe. I am glad I am not ever bringing my dog there

The staff is great and very friendly with my dog. I loved going to Hanover Veterinary Hospital until last month. I had an appointment to take my Border Collie to get its hair trimmed and the estimate that they gave me was for around $165 ($75 for the hair trim and $90 for possible anesthetic in case the dog was uncooperative. While I agreed to possibly pay that amount, I did not agree to pay $45 extra for a hospitalized day stay just because I arrived to pick up my dog 30 minutes after they were done. When I initially got there, I asked if it was ok if I came back to pick her up and assistant said that there was no problem. No one ever informed me about having to pay $45 more if I didn't arrive in a certain amount of time. There was also nothing indicating that on any form that I was asked to sign. This is very unprofessional and I believe there should be a form or somewhere stating that there is a fee if you don't pick up your dog right away.

I can't say enough good about this place. It's never cheap going to the vet but these people are very compassionate and professional. They treated my cats like family and I highly recommend them
