Janice was absolutely AMAZING! She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional. I usually dread getting my blood drawn because I typically faint. She was so quick and accurate and distracted me by talking to me. I didn’t feel a thing and she got my vein her very first try. Her bedside manner was wonderful and I left feeling great and now no longer dread getting blood work done!

I had a great experience with one woman who was working there all alone and going through each person waiting (it was a large amount of people first thing in the morning) and she flew through them very fast, but also with great great kindness despite being completely over worked. She remembered my daughter I brought to my last bloodwork appointment and gave me a little toy to bring back for her because she literally is just the sweetest lady ever.

This place is horrible,.just went there for some blood work and she left me with a nice size bruise on my arm which never happens to me. Im diabetic and get lots of blood work and this is the first time this has happened. There was alot of blood on the bandage too when i got home. Thinking about going to.covington township from.now on. Please train these techs to take blood better. Im.an easy stick so.ive been told. Wish I could share the picture I took.

I have used the Hamlin Labcorp since moving to this area 5 or 6 years ago. The facility is very clean, the check-in system is simple and efficient (if someone can’t or won’t read the directions on the screen, the woman who works there will help out).After check-in, the same woman, takes and enters all the lab request paperwork. Until today, she always drew my blood: always friendly, professional, efficient and painless.Today there was a second woman who drew my blood: again, friendly, professional, efficient and painless.I do not understand any of the previous negative reviews.I give this lab 5 stars!

There is a TV screen with information in the waiting room. This screen gave you information & told you how efficient & how sanitary the facility was. There was a screen where you entered your information & than sat down to wait to be called. This screen was so filthy youdidn't want to touch it.I sat there for about fifteen minutes before another patient told me my name wasn't on the screen. I knocked in the window to get the lady in charges attention.She really didn't want to be bothered & told me my name wasn't in the system & now she would have to enter it manually. She wasn't happy & showed it. When I finally got my appointment & took me in for my blood test she never cleaned the chair off from the patient before me.This facility needs a good cleaning & someone with manners who wants to work there.

A bit hard to find as it is in the rear of some medical buildings, but other than that it's an excellent place to have your blood drawn! The signage is clear, and to the point. People probably complain because they don't take the time to read it (YES, masks are still required! It says so on the door! READ IT PEOPLE). Girls at this site are friendly, knowledgeable, and fantastic at what they do. They go out of their way to make sure the entire experience is amazing from start to finish! The check in screen could be larger for people with vision issues, but the girls at the front desk are quick to help and make sure everything goes smoothly! What a great place, and even better staff!!! I will never go anywhere else to get my blood drawn!!

Second time at this lab and both times the woman at the desk was rude and unprofessional. First time, not knowing the lab layout, I poked my head around the corner to a second waiting room (where apparently you go after being called) and she rudely/abruptly told me to get out of there and wait in the other room until I was called. Then on my most recent (and last) visit she said to have a seat because they had been calling me. I took a whole 4 minutes to get from my car to the lab after receiving their text to come inside (mind you still 10 minutes before my appointment - I had arrived 15 minutes early). She then refused my script because it had the requested labs attached on my doctor's letterhead. This was the format they accepted three months earlier on my first visit. Her explanation was "Things Change". On a positive note the technician drawing blood the first time was courteous and very good - no pain or discomfort at all. Looks like from the comments that they have an issue with this person - assuming she is the same one in all reviews. Follow up note next day: I reached out to LabCorp direct and they emailed me back and said my doctor's format to write the lab script is acceptable.

When my husband and I go to this location. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. Terrific.

I visited this Labcorp in December 2020. Took me a bit to write this review because I wasn't sure if I really wanted to but here we go.... When i arrived the woman at the front desk was extremely rude to me and so nasty!as I have read in previous reviews at this location seems like this must be the same woman.... I don't know how they allow someone like that to work as the face of that office! I have never felt so uncomfortable at a location before. After I was rudely checked in I asked a question after I had sat down and after a few times of trying to get acknowledged, the answer I got was of course with an attitude and barely answered my question... my experience with the woman taking my blood was extremely professional and she was very nice! After leaving i wished the nasty lady a happy and healthy new year and I know that I said it loud enough for her to pick up her head and just look at me without a response, as I left through the door. HOW RUDE!Labcorp I hope that you tend to this matter and do some training with this lady cause she seems to not know how to treat people. I gave it two stars simply because aside from the rude woman there , I was supposed to get important results STAT and was told that it would be by the end of day , my appointment was at 8am, and I did not get my results until the middle of the next day! I don't know if that nasty lady had anything to do it with it, but either way very unprofessional, and caused me huge inconvenience.

I've been coming here for a variety of tests for many years. Not once did I get stuck more than once but recently twice due to a 27lb weight loss and being severly dehydrated. I've had Crohns disease for over 42 years, been in remission for 18,have dealt with a very high number of blood draws, within hospitals, Drs' offices, and my favorite go to place.(aka LabCorp, in Hamlin, Pa.)Jeanine is the best I have ever seen anywhere..With the patient portal, what a great convenience too....
