Some of the worst customer service for a post office. I went in around 4:50 to drop off a package to be shipped out and the employee behind the counter was giving attitude before I even went up with my package I went up gave my package to have it ready to get shipped out I looked down at the credit card screen it says 14 and some change for priority shipping and $28 for next day. The guy behind the counter giving attitude said how fast do you need it there no option is cheap. I said which ever is the cheapest he then says no option is cheap he gives a sigh and says we close at 5pm I said ok I have a few minutes then. He said it’s $55 to send the package that’s the cheapest and it was with attitude. I asked how did it go from $14 for priority to $55 and I even checked on the website for a price earlier today with the weight and size of the box it was in between $15 and $20 not $55. It’s a 6.5 lbs package it’s not like it’s a 100 lbs or anything. The worker didn’t answer my question at all he said $55 is the best he can do for me. I wouldn’t give them my business at all after this interaction

Female couldn't be bother to give information about irs booklets!! I walked over to library and they were amazing to help me with booklet local on site!!

Super unprofessional for a post office of all places. I came to pick up my mail before going on vacation so it wouldn't be sitting in my mailbox and the lady said "she doesn't have time to look" I was the only person there. The people who work in the front need to be reviewed because recently these people suck.

Terrible usps. They don't know what they are doing and are extremely rude to boot. Ignorance at it's best. Worst post office I've even been to. Worst customer service I've ever gotten. Will not be using them anymore.

Great staff and forever stamps make this post office a pleasant visit. Located in downtown Hamburg Pa. on North Third Street just across from the public library and borough hall building.
