Thank you very much for taking care of my daughter when she brought car in for service.She’s there at college in Kutztown I’m in the retail automotive business in Michigan.I told her how to handle this and she said they were able to take care of it.Great service department .Highly recommended them for your service needs.

Purchased a new Jeep from them and their sales staff was top notch, that's as far as the great service went. Have called their service dept a few times and the service writer is very rude and condescending. He does not want to listen to your concerns and issues and is very short with you. He acts like your time is not as important as theirs is. Maybe Outten should train their service writers in people skills to the same level as their sales dept. We called another local Jeep dealer and they were very receptive to our needs. Will never go back to Outten again!!
