“I went in to pick up my new phone yesterday. What should have been an easy transfer ended up being a difficult ordeal with several calls to tech support. Three hours later I left with my new phone and no issues. Isaac was a rockstar through the whole process. He was there by himself so while he was helping me with my issues he was also dealing with other customers coming through with their own questions, concerns or purchases. He never once seemed to get upset or frustrated. He never seemed like he would rather be closing up for the night rather than dealing with customers even though we were there past closing. Being in the customer service industry myself I know how hard it is to find a truly dedicated employee like Isaac. I hope that this is known and appreciated by his superior.”
