Tried to call the Hellam branch multiple times - no answer. Trying customer service line - ridiculous phone tree trying to reach customer care for one simple question. On hold for 10 minutes and still holding. Time to find a new bank!!

Terrible service on a regular basis. One of the tellers is extremely petty! Ridiculous that it's drive through only. Currently 9 ppl waiting in the drive through! I've been here for 10 minutes and not 1 car in front of me has moved! Extremely inconsiderate to the customers! Ready to switch banking outfits!

I'm not sure what's going on with this branch, but the customer service has been terrible. The lobby still isn't open. I just sat at the drive through after sending a large deposit for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. Would never recommend banking here.

I remember when banking was a personal experience. The tellers never have a smile. Just miserable people waiting on you. If it wasn't the only bank in my little town Id go elsewhere. Personal service is nonexistent. I made a deposit, the teller told me it would show up in my account that day, I needed to write two checks that day. Figured no problem. Bounced both transactions.

Zero stars out of zero. Terrible customer service. They flagged my account for fraud. Told me I'd be getting a new card AND NEVER SENT IT. go bank anywhere else.
