The people are very nice & Ang the manager felt bad for me just standing there waiting for an exchange so she helped me even though it's not her job as manager. Both reps we had while buying our 2 newest phones were very nice. It is a lengthy process which drives me insane, but they were very helpful.

I am so frustrated with this store and Verizon Wireless in general, and would warn caution to anyone shopping at this location. When my husband upgraded his phone in October, two representatives at this location pitched to us and convinced us to upgrade our plan and open a new line of service (which would never be used) in order to get a device promotion. They assured us that after a couple of months, we could call the "Loyalty Team" and cancel the unused line (for which we are paying $30 a month) and maintain the device promotion on my husband's phone. After speaking with customer service for nearly two hours today, I have come to learn that the reps at this location blatantly lied to us. We are unable to cancel the line without canceling the device promotion and immediately owing the entire cost of the phone. So over the next 2 years, we will pay $720 for a phone line that has NO PHONE attached to it and will never be used. The representatives at this location knowing lied to us, knowing we would never be able to cancel the line, solely to make the sale. I won't ever shop here again, and I'll be steering family and friends far away from this location. I probably sound like a Karen, but the frustration and anger I feel over this situation is immense! Lesson learned. This location doesn't care about ethics or legitimate customer service; instead, they only want to make a sale .

Rude staff. Not knowledgeable about all Verizon offers. A very frustrating visit and a waste of my time. After lots and lots of years I switched to Xfinity.

Unfortunately, they are understaffed as all businesses are. Was thinking of getting a new (cash and carry) phone, but according to the agents there, only 3 iphone 13s were in stock. No other choices! The agent did look at my bill and lowered it by about $35, so that I'll give 5 stars!

I had an issue with my phone. The Verizon rep was very helpful and corrected the problem. She was knowable, polite and respectful throughout the entire process.

Ryan was amazing along with the other team members on 6/24.I went into Verizon very frustrated over customer service via the phone the last couple months. I was pretty much ready to change providers and that's sad to say, because I've been with Verizon since 1996. Ryan went above and beyond to not only fix my problem, but the problems that occurred from the phone calls with customer service.Even though they were busy due to probably having trouble hiring people, they got to me and the others in a timely manner!I have always had a great experience at the route 30 Greensburg location, but Ryan went above and beyond during this visit and I'm very grateful!

Better than Latrobe, but your still better just to call Verizon than to stop here. Go to Delmonte If you need to go to a Verizon store.
