T-MOBILE at the Westmoreland Mall has the absolute worst customer service. 3 trips to fix an issue with a brand new phone. Had to be sent to Best Buy to unlock the new iphone then back to the mall to have the whole process done again. I've worked retail and would never sell anyone a phone who has never had an iphone (my dad still uses a flip phone) without spending atleast 5 minutes showing them how to use it. Not to mention repeating the same sentence to me over and over again as way to justify this whole situation is not going to fly with me. They took advantage of my parents trying to make a sale and then gave them the run around for 2 days. When the sales girl walked over with the nastiest attitude blaming my Mother for something I lost it today. Taking advantage of the elderly is never ok. (Sorry Mom)

I had the experience today with working with Jordan and I want to give him the highest star that you have...he is very customer service friendly and very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing as a t mobile expert..I would go to him every time I am at the store. .he is a keeper for T-Mobile..

Horrible, rude, and unhelpful customer service. Matthew was extremely unprofessional. Came into the store because recently switched from Verizon to sprint. Submitted the rebate and never got anything in the mail. Came in and was told it wasn’t there and there was nothing they can do since it’s been over 30 days. Was specifically told on the phone before that it would be taken care of because T-Mobile doesn’t switch from Verizon and the plan I’m on were loyal customers. Getting a lot of misinformation here and now am screwed with Verizon hounding me for payments. Meanwhile, he could see posts coming in on my phone and was making unprofessional comments regarding politics. Was just seeking for help and was told “I don’t know what you want me to say.” So I just left. Very unprofessional and offered no solutions.

Tina was absolutely phenomenal!! She worked with us for hours until she was able to solve all of our problems (caused by a competitor). She went out of her way; above and beyond! Best customer service I have ever received. She was patient, kind, and explained everything so that I was able to understand. 5 stars doesn’t do justice for how great she was! Tina deserves a raise!
