Very mixed experience. Initially, it was great. Attentive service, good communication and probably 75% of our furniture arrived and was great. A few weeks later, we hadn't heard anything about the remaining pieces so I got in touch with Jessica, the sales associate who helped us. Delivery was eventually scheduled and we got all the remaining pieces except for two nightstands. Now, they don't answer the phone or return messages so that we can get the nightstands that we paid for nearly 3 months ago. We got hold of someone at corporate Levin who said they are in stock and that they would get the Greensburg store to call us to try and get it to us before Thanksgiving. Since then, nothing from Greensburg and multiple emails to the sales associate have been ignored. We have no choice but to go in to the store today and speak to a manager. It is totally unacceptable that we have to chase up furniture ourselves - they should have contacted us for delivery when it was available. We spent around $20,000 in this store and the furniture itself is great. But the "customer service" is atrocious. Unless what you want is in stock and available for delivery, stay away because it will take way too much effort to get what they happily took your money for.

Delivery was not scheduled as promised. When I spoke with the warehouse to ask about delivery time the customer support was very rude. When I attempted to explain that the sales associate scheduled the delivery for this date she continued to scold me for suggesting the sales associate would schedule delivery in the day of sale. Once I contacted the store the original sales associate then offered to correct the problem and return my call for confirmation. We never received a return call. We cancelled the order and went elsewhere.

Great experience at Levin’s (Greensburg) today. I walked in and was greeted by Charlene Goebel who pointed me in the direction I needed and was beyond helpful. She gave me time to think about decisions while being around to answer questions. Will definitely return and ask for Charlene!

Charlene and Mgr “Gil” are exceptional! This was our 2nd visit to Levin in about 3 months. We had purchased both bedroom and living room furniture on our last visit. We had been to other competitors before going back to Levin; in search of a mattress this time. After 1 1/2 hrs at the competitor they offered a deal not to be refused. We felt a sense of commitment however to Levin and Charlene, based on our previous experience with them. Long story short, BOTH Charlene and Gil went above and beyond to try to offer us the same deal as their competitor. Their price was approx $130 more however, because of their efforts/service, we made the purchase from Levin. The attentiveness and service at the Greensburg location is second to none. we highly recommend Charlene. She WILL NOT disappoint!!!

Very helpful and informative. Charlene gave us space to shop and then helped us decide between two couches when we were stuck. The manager even gave us a small discount to help with the price of a floor model sectional. Great products at great prices.

We purchased a couch last year and had one sales person tell us a couch was all leather. Then another tell us it's not just the parts your body touches are leather. We financed the couch we wanted and appreciated the salesman who was honest with us. So this year 2023 we chose that sales person for a mattress & frame. We paid off our couch thinking we could take advantage of the labor day sale. The finance company took 10 days to make our credit available to use again. This caused us to miss the sale. We settled for getting the mattress somewhere else and to get the box from Levin. I contacted the salesman to call me back we were just going to get the box spring now. IHe said he with a customer and would call back. After a while I just went in, when he saw me he apologized for not calling. Could it be that mattress & frame $2000, which is what we were going to get, was a more important callback than a $199 box spring call, which what we ended up getting. Possibly. I explained what happened, paid for the box spring and left. I'm happy with my purchase but their finance company sucks and I'm up in the air on customer service.

We came in today (45 minutes before they closed due to Labor Day). We were greeted by Dan S, very nice and welcoming!Asked us what we are looking for, we told him, went over the sale, pointed to where all the recliners were. He did not hound us like other furniture stores have, he gave us SPACE!!! He didn’t rush us at all, and went over the few questions that we had!We ended up ordering 2 recliners, and we honest to god did not feel rushed even with it being Labor Day!! Much appreciated!Fantastic service! Thank you Levin, Thank you Dan!!!!

Quality sectional for a reasonable sale price. Had a lot of options. We worked with Jason he was very helpful to answer all of our questions and thoroughly explain everything. He was very patient with our kiddos (not all furniture sales people have been).

Jason was incredibly helpful. I needed to furnish a three bedroom apartment within a week and he was able to find me in-stock furniture that fit in odd sized spaces and could be delivered within 4 days. It all took about 2 hours and was helpful, efficient, and easy. I also got high quality products with a warranty and was only charged once for delivery even though I changed items and added items on to the original order. Highly recommend Jason and Levin furniture in general.

Went to Levin to buy a mattress set. Service was great. Dustin was a very nice person to deal with. Explained everything I needed to know. I highly recommend Levin for anything you need for your home.

Levine's has a large selection of furniture and manufacturers to select from. It wasn't easy with all the styles, colors and manufacturers but Cindy Ripple was there to help us find just the right sofa. The staff was helpful, attentive and very knowledgeable. The price could not be beat for the quality of the items. The next time we are in the need for new furniture, we will be going back to Levine's. We went to the Greensburg until, located behind the Westmoreland Mall, parking was plenty and the unit was clean and organized.

Sales was awesome. But to pick up the furniture they forced us to navigate a tiny space in between a tractor trailer bed and a truck and refused to be accommodating when our trailer almost didn’t make it into said tight spot. The guys response was “I had a tractor trailer do it yesterday “ we’ll kind sir I’m sure he does it for a living. My husband not so much. Will not be buying from you again.

The women that worked with me was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I bought a bed set, desk, carpet, and a rocking chair all in Budget. If you ever need any furniture go here and ask for Tarey.
