They delivered a package to a wrong adress, have pictures. Basically it was put on a busy Pittsburgh sidewalk. Did not pay the full value of the package. Worst experience and they don't have a clue how to deliver a package. Or did inform me what my options are. Do not use fedex.

The staff seems to only want to do bare minimum. Never "busy" when we stop to use fax however it always seems like an inconvenience.I suggested my husband just use Office Max down the street. Last time I mailed a package from this site. A laptop it ended up getting returned but to my neighbors house and not mine. FedEx overall has seemed to decrease in overall customer satisfaction.

A couple of times when I went in there the computers were acting strange. One time my papers would not print out of the printer that I paid big bucks for and another time the computer said it was sending my email a receipt when I did not request it. They also no longer have Mike working there who was a big help! There is something wrong with this place so be warned.

This is a wonderful business. Michael who is employed there, is a fantastic employee. He is always helpful, kind, welcoming, to both adults and children. I actually enjoy going in there to ship, and will not go anywhere else.

The only good thing about this place is that we found a same quality, less expensive place- Budget Master Printing on East Pittsburgh street in Greensburg.... We spent over an hour at FedEx Greensburg, had issues with the copier, watched as people who came after us were waited on and we were ignored. The ONLY thing the employee said to us was a comment about the cost of copies.... she said this WHILE she was waiting on another customer, WHO ALSO CAME IN AFTER US! She couldn't be bothered to actually communicate with us. Prior to this, we've had issues where they promised work to be done by a certain time.... we would show up 2 hours after that time and the work was STILL not done. This is shameful..... we won't be back. Budget is charging us 20.00 less for color copies and we got black and white at FedEx.
