Due to my insurance, I have to fill my prescriptions through CVS. Typically the staff have been friendly and helpful. The pharmacy technician I spoke to this afternoon (1/6/23) was rude, laughed at me for asking a question, and was defensive when I asked her about setting up an account. If it is such an inconvenience to answer basic questions and treat people with respect, maybe she should get a job elsewhere. Very poor customer service. Every other pharmacy in the local area is superior to the interactions I had today.

the customer service at checkout was fantastic. I used CVS coupons and it all worked. I was prompted by the cashier to use them. Products are marked well at OTC also, which I used.

I enjoy the store. I always find deals and neat things when i walk the store. But the pharmacy needs help. It takes a week to get anything filled. It doesn't matter if I drop it off, have it sent over, or refill online.

Came here to fill a script for my 4 year old son with a urinary tract infection. When he asked to use their bathroom they told him it was out of order. I could clearly see a restroom because they left their door open. I'm dumbfounded how they turned away a small child with a UTI. As a result, he urinated in their parking lot which must be more acceptable to them. Good decisionCVS...

Very rude employees. Will not check price for items that are in the clearance section at the register— even though their price check machine is not working.Also very very slow service.

I had a coupon sent to my phone, which I added to my card. Previously I had the CarePass but dropped it because I didn't always go into the store for my prescriptions and if you don't spend $10, you lose the money. I called the 800 line to merge my cards over a year ago so I could use my coupons without confusion. This day, my coupon would not work. It was for $4 off a purchase. One of the self checkouts was down and the manager was helping the man at the other self check out machine. When it was my turn, my coupon was not working, so the manager came back to the machine and tried to use it. We also tried my phone number, which the machine said was not valid. This has been my number for over 20 years. By this time, several people were waiting to check out. So the manager said that I must have two cards and the coupon is not going to work. So I told him to keep the purchase and then he said he would honor the coupon. He was pretty snippy with me but he did override the machine to accept the coupon, after I had to show the text on my phone to him. After I got home, I called corporate to tell them what happened and they said that my cards were merged a long time ago but that there was a glitch on thier end that was causing the problem. So I wrote a review and I got a nasty letter from the store manager, which I saved, telling me that he didn't have to give me the coupon. I wrote back and told him that I would not longer shop at CVS and will be moving all of my prescriptions to another company.

Very frustrated right now. Eye drops ordered for conjunctivitis two days ago, not available.Only solution was to be given phone numbers to check other CVS pharmacies. PCP ordered another med today and at 5:30 the pharmacy is closed. At this point I am stuck with irritated,yucky eyes for another day.

The front register employee was very rude...she complained because I wouldn't use the self checkout which is always a problem. After that she complained to the next person in line. I will soon transfer my business to Rite Aid.

My father in law was life flighted from Greensburg to Pitt Mercy and I received this news over 3 plus hours away where we live in the DC Suburbs. Therefore, I rushed to PA and left without needed medication. Erica and Von could not have been kinder and help provide a solution and make me feel cared for in a really stressful and difficult time. Thank you for taking care of me, so I can take care of my family.
