My husband and I recently switched to AT&T. We had the pleasure of encountering Abby and it's been such an incredible experience! Her level of care, patience, knowledge, and kindness are truly rare ~ she is one of the select few employees who goes far beyond her job description because she loves what she does and it shows. Despite some issues we encountered along the way, Abby found solutions to every single one. Finally, when my phone wouldn't finish transferring data to the new phone, Abby figured I should keep the phone until the following day just to make sure everything is transferred. Incredible! So, my husband and I left (probably an hour after the store was supposed to have been closed) extremely impressed with her skills. I don't think I would have had the patience to deal with potential issues if I would have ran into an incompetent and careless employee. So, here goes to show the fact that employees really are the face of a business, no matter how small or large! She deserves way more than a pat on the back and a pizza for lunch, corporate! "Thanks" are great, but they're not very useful.Some time went by and we returned to the store yesterday, as her luck would have it, around 06:30 p.m. We had some misunderstandings regarding the bill. So, instead of repeating the same old rusty tune of "Oh, I'm so sorry, but there is really nothing I can do, the system won't allow me; you will have to call customer service and they can sort it out for you", Abby, once again, provides solutions to problems. While I did have to call customer service, nothing would have been resolved had it not been for her advice on certain things. Consistent excellence! (Corporate, remember to take the time to appreciate her in a meaningful way, or I will be back to hunt you! ;)Finally, I can't properly express the level of gratitude for this wonderful human! She is definitely a top tier store manager who can reach and expand any goals. Secret ingredients are passion, care, knowledge and a lot of common sense! Many thanks for everything, Abby! We'll see you soon!

I used to be a AT+T supporter back in 2000"s. Wow have they went downhill. They insist i owe them 128.00 and put it in collections. Avoid this carrier. They dont have this phone in stock so i went home and went online and there website said i could get this phone within 2 hours? So i ordered it and they come to your house and setup your new phone and i paid them 128.00. 12 days later i decided i didnt like the phone and returned it in person. Im still wondering where the 128.00 went i paid that person who came to my house and setup the new phone? No one seems to know according to at,t? Scam i say.

The rep was very helpful with our crazy request trading in two phones and adding a line it was a lot but she was very helpful and knowledgeable with how to go about it she was wonderful definitely deserves appreciation thank you again Abby T.
