J&W Hardware has staff available who have in-depth knowledge about plumbing, electrical, etc. I needed to repair a well pump that stopped working. Their plumbing specialist gathered the parts I needed quickly and made suggestions that were very helpful.
I got the well pump fixed and am so happy with the service I received from J&W Hardware!

We needed some shelving for work project and J&W Hardware is the only place that had this particular item in stock. So we placed the order online and I set out to make the trip from Carlisle to Etters to pick up. Once I arrived I was greeted with friendly service. The item was ready. The staff loaded it up for me and I was on my way in a matter of minutes. Would definitely go there again. Hopefully it will be when I have more time to look around. It looks like they have a great selection of items there.

Had all 6 smoke detectors I was searching down. All locations that carry that brand has been out of stock. Would of had to order online if not for kind employee taking the time to look for himself, and not just go by the computer saying it was in stock for the six needed. While there grabbed Gorilla tape, weed barrier, and mulch. And a few extras. This Ace location is the largest of Dover, and Manchester I think combined! Very well staffed, and beyond friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them for all lawn, garden and home care needs.
