Our sports club ordered gear from here! I was super excited to get it because it looked really nice on the website. However, when I received the item it looked awful. I went to Grin and Wear it and they won't do anything about it. I understand this is what the club selected, but one would think that once you printed it you would look at it and see that it didn't look right! Poor customer service in my opinion. I do a lot of custom things for different organizations and will NEVER use this place again. Word of mouth goes a long way!

I was panicking after an Etsy package didn't make it in time, and Mary Beth was so gracious and accommodating and came through for us in a pinch when I only had a few hours before I needed to leave town. You just don't find customer service like that very many places nowadays. We are very grateful to her for helping us out!
