“The staff at this site was exception both at pick-up and drop-off. I accidentally left my laptop bag in the truck (with my laptop in it) when I returned the truck. They quickly found it - contacted me (I hadn't realized that I had left it in the truck). They secured it in the office for me and we're so great when I got back to retrieve it. They were also kindly worried about a cup that I had left on the curve while doing my online check in. Another driver had jumped the curve and hit it. Fortunately the cup was fine.
I rent trucks frequently for work events. I have used a dealer much closer to my home typically. However, your staff was so amazing that I am going to use the Chester location from now on. It is close to my work storage unit, but your staff are what won my business.
Also, the trucks are always clean and the site feels safe and secure.

“I’m so impressed with Penske for a number of reasons. I rented a van through Jamie Reinhardt, the manager in the Exton, PA office. I appreciate how all of Penske’s trucks and vans are in such nice condition, and relatively new. Jamie told me Penske rotates out their rental vehicles and replace them with new ones regularly, and while they have relatively low mileage. I drove the cargo van to Brooklyn to move a loved one out of the city. Had a small fender bender, so, having purchased the insurance they offer, I called the office. They referred me to the King of Prussia office, who sent me to the Risk Management Department. A gentleman helped me quickly file a claim over the phone, and was on my way. Once home, after unloading, the key wouldn’t turn in the ignition, so it was unable to start. So they make it easy to call the 24/7 Roadside Service, which I did, and Rob drove to my house inside an hour, and got it going. It took him 2 seconds! Apparently when a steering wheel is locked in place (anti-theft device!) all that’s needed is to turn the wheel slightly, which releases the pressure on the ignition key and allows the key to turn. Never new that trick. All in all, my rental experience had bumps in the road. But point is, when issues come up( and they do, that’s life), every person in the Penske company knew just what to do, referred me to the proper department, and each person did their job eagerly, friendly, and quickly. Penske is set up to handle problems and they’re very organized, in my experience with the Exton office. I’d encourage rental customers to just go ahead and buy the insurance they offer, it’s not that expensive, and if something happens, you’ll be glad you ponied up for the coverage. Penske might be a little more expensive, I’m not sure, but you’ll get a nearly new truck or van, and the support of an outstanding customer service staff that all seem to take their jobs seriously. I reserved a uhaul using what I thought was a mobile pickup, but there was an issue with the app and when I arrived the location was closed and there was no key waiting for me. George was just wrapping up his day, but he offered to help me. He got on the phone with a uhaul help center and helped track down my reservation. He stayed at least a half an hour past his shift just to help me. Amazing service. Thank you George!”

The staff is very friendly and assisted me in getting some materials that are needed for the project. They have a wide range of items of wood and the selection is robust and mrt my needs. Overall, it was a quick visit, but I got what I needed.”
“The General Manager Zachary Thomas went over and above to help me decide to use his facility. He did everything in his power to get me storage units. I had dependencies on my U-Boxes delivery and the Moving help schedules. He was always opened to adjust my need. During the move, my U-Boxes were kept on the farther from my units. It was my mistake.
