We were in the store yesterday to check out some boots and were helped by Greta. Even though the color/model of Blundstone that I wanted wasn’t in stock, we had a very positive experience. Greta was so generous, patient and kind, we really felt at ease trying on different shoes, asking questions, just chatting. We never felt pressured at any point and appreciated that she genuinely wanted to help us. Thank you Greta!

Billie Jean was wonderful. It was my first visit and I’m so impressed with how knowledgeable she is about shoes. I bought my first pair of Hoka sneakers and I’m excited to try them. I will definitely be back!

Greta was OUTSTANDING. She listened with interest as to my “shoe needs“ and was very helpful with selecting a number brands and styles that could meet my needs. Throughout my visit at the store, Greta was, at all times, Professional , Polite and Patient. While Greta assisted me, I also observed the other Sales representatives, and I could tell they were equally helpful with the customers that they were assisting. I highly recommend this shoe store for high-quality shoes and even higher quality sales representatives.

I went into the store because of a foot problem I was experiencing and I am so glad I did! Ernie was so incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Got several pairs of comfortable shoes. I highly recommend this store.

My feet are the happiest they've been in years! I stopped in on a recommendation from a friend and this is now the only store I'll use to purchase shoes. No need for anyone to go anywhere else. Ernie, the store manager found the exact shoes to fit my needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and understood exactly what it was I was looking for. They carry the highest quality shoes in every category of footwear. I have no hesitation in recommending this store.

I love this place: it’s a real, honest-to-goodness shoe store that sells shoes worth buying, not product bought to hit a price-point.The customer service is excellent. They are both friendly and knowledgeable.And finally - the Glenn Mills store is located in a shopping center with a couple other decent INDEPENDENTLY OWNED stores, making it a fun little shopping destination that you can feel good about.

Great experience!! The device they use for foot measurements is very cool! I never saw one of those anywhere else. Wyatt was very friendly and helped me pick out the most comfortable shoes and inserts. The manager was also very friendly and helped me pick out comfy slip resistant shoes for work. This is definitely my new place to shop for shoes and I will also recommend to others. Thank you!!!! :)

I had the BEST experience shoe shopping at Benjamin Lovell. Ernie was so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful as I was looking for cute, yet comfortable shoe for an upcoming trip to London and Paris. I have gotten in the habit over the years of buying shoes (and returning them) on Amazon or running into DSW. It felt so wonderful to have an actual shoe salesperson listen to what my needs/requests were, select the perfect shoe options and to actually put the shoes on my feet. Brought me back to when I was a child at the local shoe store where they measured your feet and laced up your shoes for you!I highly recommend shoe shopping at Benjamin Lovell for all the latest trends and comfortable shoes! You will be amazed at the customer service and fall in love with your new shoes!
