My husband and I recently got married here and while my family has had other events here in the past that were great, we unfortunately did not have the same experience. Leading up to our wedding everything seemed okay, but during and after our wedding the way management treated us was very poor. The steaks served at our wedding were nearly inedible due to the way they were cooked, and we were only given butter knives to cut them with. When we brought this to their attention after our wedding they did not seem to care. I can't express how upset I was with the whole situation and the way they handled it. They never took my phone call, refused to do anything for us and quite frankly they were very rude to me. This is the first negative review I have every wrote, but I think it is a fair one with how they treated me. I also want to mention that the other wedding websites like The Knot and Wedding wire removed my reviews so I would not trust all the 5 stars you see on those sites.

We recently had a wedding here and this was not the first event we had at La Massaria, however, this experience was not a good one. Unfortunately with the current management things seemed to be handled very differently from our previous experiences. The venue was the right size and worked for us, but the issue came with the staff. Unfortunately the steaks were almost inedible and we had multiple family members mention to us how they couldn’t even cut the steaks. They also did not give anybody steak knives. When we brought this to their attention nothing was done for us. Everyone was nice and helpful until halfway through the wedding then it seemed no one cared and after the wedding they seemed to quickly get rude and refusing to do anything for us. I am not one to write negative reviews but after hearing how they talked to my wife and treated us I feel it is honest and fair. Another thing to note is all negative reviews on the knot will be removed so take that into consideration while reading. My wife was extremely upset with how they handled the issues we had, and I thought it was very disappointing we couldn’t even get them to talk to us on the phone. I am more than happy to share my emails with them if anyone has any questions since I’m sure they will respond to this negative review in an dishonest way. Hopefully this review allows you to avoid having your guest complain to you about a very special day.

I held my sisters baby shower here and we had a wonderful experience. The venue was beautiful! The staff were professional and helpful. The food was delicious! The communication while planning was on point. Excellent experience. 10/10 recommend.

La Masseria was the best wedding venue we could have ever chosen. Everyone was extremely helpful from beginning to end, everything was explained and the timelines they provided were reasonable and doable. Denise was the best and made our day so special and unique with all of her extensive knowledge of the wedding flow and working with bridal parties. La Masseria worked with us every step of the way and we couldn’t have had a better night! We are so happy we chose them!

The moment we walked onto the grounds of La Massaria at Bella Vista, my now husband and I knew instantly it fit our vibe. Jen and her whole team were incredibly accommodating throughout the entire planning process. On the day of, I felt at ease and knew everything would be handled because of the preparations we took as an entire team. I have already recommended another bride and will continue to do so!

Such a beautiful place. Perfect for wedding receptions. Staff was great the grounds were immaculate. Plenty of room to entertain a small crowd. We had such a great time out there for my niece's wedding reception. Beautiful!!!

When we began wedding planning, La Massaria was our first venue tour. We fell in love instantly. Being engaged for almost 2 years meant a lot of time in between signing the contract and our big day. During our whole planning process, Jennifer was outstanding. The whole team at La Massaria was accommodating, welcoming, friendly and made us feel at home.

I visited this location as a vendor for a wedding. I love that they are so kind to everyone. I have worked in many locations where I have felt like an afterthought. I did not feel this way at Bella Vista! It is a lovely location with wonderful staff. Highly recommend!

My husband and I can’t stop talking about the amazing experience we had at La Massaria for our wedding. The entire team was so friendly and worked hard together to make sure it was the most perfect day for us, and it was! I will be recommending them to every bride I know for years to come!
