Wish I read these reviews before I stopped, but I happened to be passing by so I went in. A complete disaster. One star for being open 24/7 so they can scam people no matter the time. The automated car wash makes no sense, has inapplicable instructions, and no number, email, text, etc. to ask for help or request a refund. I don’t even know what the name of the place is. Is it West End Car Wash or ShineSomething…..??? I put my credit card in for the automated wash, no receipt, waited a few seconds so I drove forward. The bay is empty except for some equipment at the far end. What am I supposed to do? I slowly edged up, hoping something would become intuitive, waited, edged up more. Finally I figured that perhaps I have to reach those brushes at the far end. I drive towards it and the yellow light goes on that says “Go Back.” So I go back, but how far back? I just stop somewhere and I have no further instructions. So I edge up again, “Go Back” or “Stop” lights up after several of these redundant, back-and-forth attempts. Then I see some water and what appears to be soap spitting out of the sides of the arch at the end of the bay. I rush to get my car under that action, but get the “Go Back” light again. At one point, when I was going back, my car seemed to have caught on a moving track and it was backing me in reverse out of the bay and within an inch of hitting the payment machine. No number to call so this is my last resort.

Automatic bay is absolutely not worth it. It did not clean my car whatsoever. Many many missed spots I ended up just washing my car again myself. Absolute waste of $10.

You might as well throw your money into a garbage can. The garbage can will do a better job of cleaning your vehicle. $18 for an automatic wash. Half of the chemicals didn't spray out as the lights indicated they should've and my truck barely got wet. So I pulled around and went into a manual wash. Bill acceptor- Broken, Card reader- Broken, Change machine 1- Broken, Finally change machine number 2 worked. I ended up washing my truck manually which in itself was overpriced. I will never return to this car wash.

I've never had an issue here like other places that eat your quarters!

Ate my coins. Overpriced anyway.

Used to be my go to spot to quickly rinse off my truck since they allow the use of a debit card but lately it hasn’t been working. But even when it did work, the foaming conditioner never worked, the “clear coat protectant” always seemed empty so I guess it’s time to find a new local spot!

My truck just had dust on it from a road trip. Zero caked on mud. The wash took very little off and even for a basic wash it left wipe marks and did NOT dry at all. Which the sign says "Clean&Dry." I won't be back.

I just came from there. Wouldn’t take my dollars. So, I used my card. Said accepted, but, didn’t do anything. And, those dials need to be replaced! How do I get my money back!

Used the drive through car wash and the machine shorted me $3. I texted the number on the control panel and the gentleman that answered was very professional. He zelled me the $3 within 5 minutes of texting him. Great customer service thank you very much. The drive through car wash is convenient and does a great job thank you
