Wasn't planning on going it, just glance through the window and did a double take at the low prices on their packages of underwear. Nearly half or more cheaper than any retail store and of course I had to buy some and some t-shirts too. Staff was friendly

The cashier was rude. The first day I went in was on Friday and they had boxers on sale for five dollars so I made a comment today that I should’ve bought them yesterday because they’re on sale for five dollars instead of 10 and the cashier wanted to stand there and argue with me. I worked And I would never sit there and argue with a customer. On top of the first day, I had waited out the register for over five minutes to check out. I would never return to this location. The employees are rude and the service is poor.

Extremely disappointed in this location as we were in need of a bra fitting. No one in the store could do it and one lady said she needed a mask to do the fitting. But all the workers had NO MASK ON . One worker said it's just due to covid...really if that was the case all the employees should have on mask. Disappointed in this location, first and last time here. Other locations doing the bra fitting with no problems.

My wife recently tried to return a few items we purchased for my mother before she passed. The clerk was exceptionally rude and would not exchange or take the clothing. We'll shop elsewhere from now on. My wife said never again. I suggest you go to Kohl's. They are always nice.

Contacted this store at Gettysburg Village Drive by phone, because of distance and the COVID-19. Found one of their employees to be very helpful, taking time to discuss products with me in detail. She made very excellent suggestions and understood what I wanted and probably needed most, due to shoulder injuries/surgery. The young woman’s name is “Lindsay”. I recommend consulting her if you go to or call the store at the Gettysburg Outlets..

Took my granddaughters shopping. We found everything we were looking for plus I got a great deal on some long sleeve t shirts and pajamas. Service was great and the store is always neat and orderly.

Have always went their to get my bras cause of my big size.. .Always had someone to help me, but today August 5this I went in cause I needed some bigger bras.... Went to try on rang buzzer twice and got no response... I pick four bras that I thought fit pretty good... Went to register and no one was around finally got someone to register...told her had rang the buzzer twice and her answer was I am by myself and can't be at all places.. ..this is a Sunday was busy and can't believe that you would have only one person working... Was going to buy four bras but left them.... The line was at least five deep. ..hope you get some workers the are willing Tobe friendly towards people and helpful

A lot has changed. No more perks and a 45 day return policy. The sales woman who assisted me was great. This was my second time in the store. The first was 2 years ago.

Absolutely terrible service. Was waiting for more than 15 mins at the register ready to check out. A white woman came to the next empty register AFTER US. Finally, Catherine came over and she said she was at the other register and decided to help the white woman who was actually there after us. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. CATHERINE DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR MAKIGN US WAIT. RACIST PEOPLE WORKING HERE. VERY AWFUL.
