While I am not a fan of the company policy around warranties with damaged jewelry and made that very clear, the store manager Kia was extremely kind to me despite my frustrations with this. Thank you Kia.

I was next in line to get a piercing, instead of taking care of me she helped another customer with a return and answering questions about items they were looking onto. Waited way too long for no reason.

I took my daughter to get her nose pierced and the guy who did it claimed to have 20 years experience but I couldn't tell. His hands were shaking the entire time and it took him forever to get the piercing through. A lot of blood and pain, it was bad. Never again!

I was scared to get my 3 month old’s ears pierced because she’s my first and I wasn’t sure how it would go. Jessica Nemeth really made the experience so much better. She looks like she knows what she’s doing and kept me involved throughout the process. She was awesome! I definitely recommend her.

We went in to 348 to do an exchange.The associate did not acknowledge that we were there.We walked around the store and looked while she was on her phone.We waited for about 5 minutes and then went to 29.The associate there was very helpful but they did not have the items we needed to do the exchange there.We back to 348 there was a customer in the store walking around and looking and the associate was on her phone talking to the associate that was supposed to be there.The associate was upset that her coverage was late due to car accident.We still did not get greeted and the customer before us left with a being helped. 2 more sets of customers came in after us. The associate Continued the conversation on her phone. I walked to the counter as she was texting someone.The young girl (5 years of age) also walked to the counter hit her head on the glass at the same time I approached the associate and I asked her if she could stop doing what she was doing and help one of us?She started yelling at me saying I didn’t need to slam things on the counter and I don’t need to be rude because she was trying to find someone to work since she was by herself and she can’t help anyone.I proceeded to explain to her that I didn’t slam anything on the counter and that it was the young lady next to me that hit the counter.Talking to someone on her phone the whole time, on how rude people are today and was telling the person that this is why someone needs to come inShe proceeded to tell me that I don’t understand what it’s like.I said trust me I do, if you would get off your phone you might be able to help someone. I said to my daughter-in-law just call Chantel .She was very loud about me calling the store manager. And she “can’t believe this s**** At that point everyone left the store and I left the store so my daughter-in-law could deal with her exchange.When I walked out the associate went to the back room,I walked around for about 5 minutes came back and the Associate still has not helped my daughter-in-law.The Associate said to the person on the phone I can’t believe these people are still here and they’re not leaving.Another customer came in for a repiercing and the associate greeted them and was not helpful at all snd they left and started talking to them and ignored my daughter in law who was standing there at the counter waiting for help.When the Associate finished with them my Daughter-in-law pushed the box to the associate told her that she wanted to do an exchange and asked the associate if she was OK and she said “ya your not the one slamming the counter.”The associate did not know the merchandise very and the exchange was taking a long time.My daughter-in-law then said is this going to take much longer? I don’t feel good.“I think I’m going to faint”“this is taking to long.” I offered a chair to my Daughter-in-law (7 months pregnant with twins) the associate didn’t seem to care. The associate wasn’t going to exchange the chain’s even though it was with thin 90 days because there was no Warranty and then said I will just do it.I worked for this company for 20 years and was very disappointed and appalled by the customer service.Watching numerous customers walk out of the store being ignored.Associate # 135729548/2/22

Great customer service from almost everyone in the store! They had one young lady that was rude though. And another young lady that was dressed like she was at the gym with spandex shorts on...talk about inappropriate.

I stopped to look at a few necklaces. There were five employees working, or should I say one working. There was one couple waiting before me the lady waited on them first. The other girls were just chatting and on there phones and ignored me. The one lady waiting on the other couple said I’ll be with you when I’m done. In the meantime other people walked up and the other workers went to them first. Extremely rude personnel and ignoring certain people who were there first. This place needs a major personnel overhaul!

Price online and from their sales associate’s mouth is not the same as that in the kiosk or store. They only have the 14K in store. And the aftercare soliton is no longer included in the price. Ear piercing is a big decision for some people. After all the prep, the store experience was unpleasant and surprising. A simple ear piercing ended with a tag of $93. Would not recommend to anybody.

Got my 6 year old daughter’s ears pierced there this evening. Spur of the moment. She was super excited and nervous. We were waited on right away and the ladies behind the counter were so sweet and patient with her. They talked her through it and hyped her up. They did both ears in one go and she was a champ! Got two lollipops at the end.They answered all of our questions and double checked with me to make sure the placement dots for the earrings were where I wanted them. It was a lovely experience and my daughter is so happy and confident. She showed them off to everyone.
