This is the nicest, most well organized CVS I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. The shelves are stocked so nicely, they even turn every label the same way. I live the little details. The place smells so nice and the staff is always so helpful to me. Good job!!

I had vaccine appointment, but I got late. The pharmacy manger was so rude and asked me to reschedule the appointment. Though there were no patients waiting. Walgreens this is not the case, they sometime even allow walk-ins.

I would like to Thank Mike, Emily and Jen especially for their help when visiting the Frazer store. I unfortunately do not live close to this store, but was in the area. I was greeted as soon as I walked in with smiles and this was on a couple occasions. Emily went out of her way to find what I was looking for and even searched to see if it was still in their storage room. Then Mike who was so gracious found it at other CVS stores, which they held and also offered to ship to Frazer. I am retired and I have time to shop. Most stores just ignore me and never, ever ask if I need help and are never nice. What does it take to be kind anymore. The great customer service that I received in this store is a rarity in this day and that is so sad. I will definitely visit this store more often, for me it’s worth the drive. I feel they went above and beyond what I see in stores today. Mike, Emily and Jen thank you again, I will see you soon?. Happy Holidays?.

Worst run pharmacy in the area. When you really need the meds you can’t get through on the phone and it’s taking them 4 plus hours to get a prescription when the App says it will be done.Switch pharmacies and run!!!

In need of a serious overhaul. Seems the pharmacy staff is always overwhelmed which leads to horrendous customer service and a frustration that after years is indescribable. I would like to say CVS moved in, killed the competition and made our community worse for it. Do anything to avoid the lines and crowds of waiting, frustrated and permanently annoyed customers and staff.

Got a prescription sent there. After four hours when i called to see if it was ready it said the pharmacy closed 2 hours early. Would have been nice to let me know. Then when I went to another cvs to get the prescription filled the status was “being fulfilled” so no pharmacy that stayed open for normal hours could get me the needed medicine. So I get to deal with pain and discomfort for another night because of their terrible practices. Get your medicine some place else.

I believe that this CVS is understaffed, or not trained well. They keep getting request to change insurance carrier on ONE prescription incorrect almost every time. Apologies just don't cut it.

This store’s pharmacy was slammed by COVID staffing issues and has never recovered. Despite the throngs of people behind the counter it can often take 3-4 trips back to the pharmacy before the order that should have been ready days earlier is “still being prepared”. It is often closed during normal business hours due to “Pharmacist” or “Computer” issues.Today’s computer issues are at 12:30 PM. They will likely be resolved in time for the pharmacy to close for lunch.Medicine is critical for many. Find a manual backup system that can dispense medicine without computers. Come on CVS. You’re bigger and better than this.

This is for Pharmacy only... i dont know that they could find their way out of a bag. I do recommend going 10 minutes out of your way to next one... Heres why. If i wait for my perscription while there.... they forget to tell me, text.me... etc. I was there with a cold. Took so long i went to tell them i hit a wall and couldn't wait any longer. They said it had been ready, basically right after I had ordered it. But they had just been much too busy to relay that. 2 days ago was worse. Waited for awhile in right line/lane. Then saw all the signs for left lane and switched for better luck Maybe? Nope. Someone got in right lane and pharm girl came eventually to right lane. Person in cue, let me go ahead of them, but that made us both at counter. This was embarassing as my medication needed to be taken Not orally, in bold. Right on top. No privacy, got me locked up. Tried to play cool and ask about other scripts I thought I was picking up. No notice that it wasn't ready. I had to ask and then get the No. and it was like talking to a wall. Asked her how much it would be when it was ready so I could make sure it was in the budget..(my first time for said script), and short story; she wasn't allowed to tell me. My Mom died recently and it felt like I'd get lost emotionally if I stayed on this road. So I left. Don't wanna go back. AND don't know that I'd trust my scripts not to be lost in the shuffle. Seriously I'd rather do airport security with always grumpy tsa agents, than go back to Frazer CVS, (for the pharmacy). If anyone can recommend a nearby pharmacy that knows what they're doing and or takes pride in their work, or even compassionate. I'll even take compassionate and forgetful. Just. someplace else I can switch all my scripts to. Please and Thank You. Post Script. There used to be an older female pharmacist here that was lovely. I haven't seen her lately. Maybe that's the reason for the hellinahandbasket. Who knows.
