Rite aid pharmacy in Franklin Pa is currently lacking in customer service. When asking about when a prescription would be available and why the pharmacy even has auto-fill I was told by a pharmacy employee that they didn’t know. I was under the impression that auto-fill was to keep you from having to call for refills, that it would be ready on time when you were about to run out. Apparently not! And talk about inconsiderate - these folks really should learn how to talk to people, as well as listen to what is being said.

The pharmacist here the bigger heavier set guy is nothing but a judgemental arrogant person who looks down on other as if their peasants to him. He thinks that he is inferior and does not treat people with respect nor care as he should. We are all equals sir you are no better than anyone else.

Filled a script here two months ago after haveing to go in, in person to discuss me and my wifes perscriptions after just moving back to the area, they finally agreed to fill it and the pick up went fine second month comes up they dont have the medication itll take 3 days to get it there, so we have it transferred to a diffent rite aid, this month, out right refussel to fill our scripts and generally just a disgusting attitude, thanks for causeing 2 parents of 4 allot of hassle .what a joke

The girls behind the counter are rude. I have just tried to call rite aid 10 to set up an appointment for the RSV shot and nobody answered. This store is going down hill

You call and they either hang up so they don't have to answer or you cycle through the phone promts and they never pick up you go and there is 7 people waiting in line waiting 45 min to pick up. they say wait and we will fill that and 90 minutes later still not filled.

*I figured a simple prescription transfer would be easy.* 1st, I attempted to contact by phone while at work, multiple times, no answer. After work, I went to pharmacy in-person and pharmacist stated "will get that transferred." 1 hour later (no exaggeration), while sitting in chair, pharmacist says, "will be ready shortly". Another hour passes by, pharmacist says "you haven't picked up your prescription yet?" At that time, my patience was wearing thin. I stood up from chair and stated, "I was NOT notified it was ready." I was about to get back in pickup line that was excessively long, and then just decided to leave. After 2 hours of wait, I was absolutely not going to get back into a long wait line. No offer of apology or offer of check-out at other available register. I am a big box Store Manager, and understand staffing issues, but this situation was out of control and could use looking into. This occurred on Wednesday, Oct. 18th. *Still haven't picked up my antibiotic yet for my ER emergency.

Drive through is never open. They never answer the phone. Wait times are an hour plus every single time. Not the pharmacy to go to if you have kids or are in a hurry.
