“Two words come to mind when I think of the folks at Ludlow Auto - kind and efficient. A few months ago, I came in to get a broken mirror looked at. I wasn’t able to return to get it fixed right away, but when I called to reschedule months later, the staff remembered me and was able to get me in the next day. Each time I’ve been in the shop everyone has been personable and knowledgeable, helping me to understand the issues and carefully walking me step by step through the work they’re doing. They fixed my mirror in about 20 minutes and I’m extremely happy with the work they did. I HIGHLY recommend Ludlow Auto for all of your auto needs. They are the best!”

I’ve always been a bit nervous talking to mechanics because i’ve been taken advantage of before, but everyone at this shop is honest, fair, and I’ve never waited more than a day for my car to get fixed. Plus Marty always has free treats to give out for some reason lol twice in a row I walked out with bags of fresh rolls! Heck he even had one of his mechanics come and pick me up with my car when it was finished because I didn’t have a ride and he didn’t want me and my son to walk the mile to pick it up. Honest, friendly, kind, hard-working, efficient, and great rates. Always explaining what's going on with your car and you never get that feeling you're getting ripped off by doing an unneeded repair. “What a hidden gem! I needed a mechanic to look at my car. It didn’t start, so I got it jumped started. Then I pushed to start, and it did that crazy thing where everything on the dashboard came on and starting blinking and flashing.I knew my tires were due for rotation and the dealer kept reminding me of that. Certainly so I could take it in and they find 5 other things that they would recommend! Since I am female I expect mechanics to try to talk down to me or try to pull a fast one. Before he passed my father taught me the basics with cars. He also taught me to know what you need before you go for service.Well we have a local shop, Ted & Sons Auto body, right here in Folsom, Pa. that out performs any auto body service I have ever used. Let me tell you why.1. They listen to customer2. You are not treated like a nuisance or an idiot about your car3. They are super friendly and accommodating4. Their prices are Fair and Reasonable!!!You don’t get the impression that their next vacation will be financed by YOUR REPAIR.In short, you can tell that this business understands that it’s hard to keep all the bills paid and have an unexpected car repair bill.My car was repaired, it’s now running like a well oiled machine.
