The customer service at this branch was outstanding and very improved since my last visit. Rhonda was very helpful and attentive. We need more staff like her at our bank! The teller line was smooth and everyone was super kind. I appreciate that because it’s frustrating handling financials sometimes. I will come here again.

Opening a bank account went smoothly because of the helpful, warm and welcoming customer service. Rhonda explained to me patiently and we went through all the steps together. It was an efficient and convenient experience.
