The car wash was perfect but the bridge workers were all parked behind the car wash so you can't make the turn into the automated one at the pay station. They could park farther back.

Put in a $20 ti get some quarters and took my money and never got the quarters. Calling number that is on a sign that says any problems call yeah that number doesn't work at all. Got me once shame on you but not going to get me twice.

How do you get in co tact with owner?? Went through automatic car wash. Car was not clean but my entire top of car got scratched up from the machine.

I wish I could give less stars. Pulled up to a sign that said they are not doing interior cleaning due to staffing shortages. I drove 30 minutes to get my car washed, the man barely spoke English and cannot communicate with me, then was rude. Lazy to say you are not doing interior cleaning when there are three men standing around waiting for a new cars making other two people work instead. That doesn't seem like a staffing shortage to me, instead just lazy employees who don't deserve my business or the business of others.

Lost my bottle cap last time I was their I saw the guy put it in his pocket I asked him to put it back he said dont know what your talking about ..I had that. Bottle cap for 40 years. Very disappointed if the owner reads this it would be nice to hire honest people

The employees at both locations are friendly and the wash services are good. However I would encourage anyone with a wash plan to review their checking accounts, as I was double billed for the month of February. I’ve spoken with employees at the West 80 location, who subsequently provided a contact number to the corporate office. I have called the corporate office with the number I was given, yet the problem hasn’t been resolved and I haven’t been refunded the money I’m owed.

I just went through the typhoon side of the car wash on the south side of London. I paid $15 and the car is not clean at all. They gave me a free wash through the typhoon so I went through again, same results. I spoke with a manager who said they changed companies that operate that side and it no longer cleans your vehicle just sprays it with water. However, it still costs $15. She said if I wanted my car to be cleaned I would have to pay again and go through the main side. If anyone goes to this car wash, do not go through the Typhoon.
