Great communication, excellent service, my vehicle was completed before the estimated completion date, Matt was very helpfull and accommodating. Hopefully I won't need to go back but if I do have another accident, I will definitely use this shop again. Thanks!

After five trips back to the collision center, I finally have the right piece on my vehicle. Each time I was told they would call when the part was in, and they never did. Two months ago I was told a new part was coming to replace the one they installed, and they would “make it right”. No call. Each time I had to call and try to get scheduled in to have my vehicle fixed. The inside of my doors have scrapes on them, I pointed out flaws in the paint job, and I was told it was just dirt under the paint. That it will be fine. The receptionist is rude, and at this point I’m just tired of dealing with this place. If I ever need a collision center again, I will go elsewhere.

I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone I know. Sheri was absolutely amazing and always was quick to answer calls or texts. I also greatly appreciate the fact that they took the time to give my girl a much needed bath even while the snow was falling. I've worked in body shops that really fail in the customer service aspect, but these guys really killed it. Thank you Caliber!!
