“Good service and knowledgeable parts guys. Always get the correct parts which doesn't happen all the time at the big box parts stores. Prices are good to walk in and get what you need but higher than online. I try and support the local business even if I do have to pay a higher price and the convenience of returning the item if the need arises is simple, quick and easy as well as returning a core. Only issue i ever have is that they usually only have the more expensive items in store but usually can have the cheaper one in the same day or they'll let ya know if a nearby store may stock it.”

“If you are a woman and you need a little help with your car you one million percent should go to O’reillys! I just had to add some transmission fix to my sealed transmission which I had studied and learned a lot about just needed some help locating the tools and such in the store. Well I went to advance auto in rostraver and everytime I go there almost every employee acts like they can’t be bothered to help you with literally anything and they just make you feel like you are inconveniencing them so I’m staying far from there. Then I tried Napa where there was a very kind man who seemed like he was going to help me but then proceeded to very subtly tell me I can’t do what needs done and to take it to a shop, so scratch that place too. Then the men at O’reillys are so helpful and don’t add their irrelevant opinions of what you can or can’t do and didn’t make me feel like a second class citizen! BTW I got the job done ALONE. ?”
“I was looking for a 2023 Sportage Hybrid and refused to pay a markup. I called and spoke to Kyle who stated that they had the vehicle I wanted coming in at the end of May and I could put a deposit down and hold it.
