The best dealership in the area! They have the best customer service. Sokrates has A++ customer service and cannot say enough good about him and this dealership. They stand behind their cars and are very honest and transparent. I will be buying more cars from them in the future. Thank you Sokrates for a great experience!

Edit: They are helpful but sometimes hard to get ahold of and get questions after the fact. I would still recommend it.Great place overall, I got a car here on 11/09/2023. The guy was very helpful with all our questions as best as he could.

Sold me a car with two dead sensors and won’t give me the car fax information so I can see how this car was even inspected and sold as it is a safety hazard. The salesman lied to me when I drove the car off the lot telling me the tire pressure sensor was no big deal and would come out of the car. This was right after the pandemic in 2021. I over paid for a lemon of a car and now I’m dealing with the issues. If you want to be jipped and and finessed by this group, purchase your car here. Recently called just to see what actually happened and the guy was so rude and NEVER sent me the car fax email. I might contact a lawyer and see what I can do.

I had a whole dissertation about why not buy from this dealership. Just don't waste your time, gas or energy. If you have to purchase a car in order to get it inspected, that's the only red flag you need.

Bring your own mechanic as they sell broken cars and only "As Is". Just bought one (like an idiot) and it didn't last 24 hours. Took it to multiple places and it needs a transmission flush, a fuel pump, cylinder is bad, and a sensor is off. Was told it should have failed inspection yet they passed it.

Fantastic experience, they didn't pressure me with any unneeded warranties or add-ons. As the salesman said "they have cars, customers need cars, no reason to make it any more complicated than that".

My grandmother and I have been looking for a Volkswagen Jetta for a couple of weeks now. I tired staying around my area, but I fell in love with the car at Luxury Auto. It was extremely easy to schedule a day and time to come see the car. Socrates took care of us from the minute we arrived until the last minute that we left. He is very kind, humorous, and does everything he needs to make sure things fall into place. We had to drive a little over 2 hours, but we would do it all over again for another car in the future! Definitely recommend!!

Was sold an SUV by Sokratis there at this dealership. Flew in from Raleigh, NC to view the vehicle. Was sent photos of the underneath ahead of time and was usual surface rust in most places. It was a 2005 and I planned on removing the surface rust with a wire wheel. It was very well-kept interior on this Lexus GX470 and believed it was worth the price. Come to find out that upon removing the spare tire, the rear frame was rotted and faced crippling rust. I cannot remove the factory trailer hitch due to the rust. I was ensured by the Salesman that there was only surface rust and I wish I would have lowered the spare tire to see how bad this was. I also wish the team there at "luxury" autohaus did a better job of informing sellers about this rust. I no am paying the consequences. Do your research and inspect their vehicles. I do not trust them and since i reached out to the salesman expressing my frustration, he has simply ignored me. I believe these rare occasions says a lot about the integrity of a business. BEWARE if you decide to buy from here.

5 stars, no hesitation :) We just bought a gorgeous A6, excellent condition, killer price. Sokratis is an outstanding salesman - got things done QUICK, totally transparent with everything, and super fun to work with. Would definitely recommend and come back to do business again.

Good Service, Bad Vehicle. This review will be a bit long, but informative. Purchased a 2012 Buick Enclave from here in October 2021. Car was great, clean, no obvious issues. While finalizing the paperwork, we plugged in our mobile wifi adapter (which doubles as a vehicle monitor) and noticed that it had a code for a transmission sensor. The dealership, upon my request, did add checking this out to the contract. After leaving the dealership the code cleared and we had no issues. During the test drive there were no obvious issues with the transmission, seemed to be OK and shifted fine. Almost exactly one month later the same code came up while my wife was driving to an appointment and it was shifting funny. We immediately took it to our local mechanic only to find out that it needed a new transmission. THANK GOD I purchased the aftermarket warranty coverage for 2 year, because they covered it. The unfortunate part was due to shipping and other issues we were without this vehicle for nearly a full month. We are being reimbursed for some of our rental car use by the warranty place as well. I am of the opinion that this dealership knew about this issue and just didn't want to fix it. When you reset a code, typically it takes about a month or a few hundred miles for the code to come back, which this one did. Now, this car was stickered "AS IS", so buyer beware and my fault for not having a mechanic check it before I purchased it.
