I used Kirk when i bought my house. After a horrific experience with my first realtor, he was referred to me by a friend of mine. Thank god! My advice... don't use your friends/family who just one day decided to get a real estate license, use someone who actually knows what it means to be a realtor.

If you aren't using the smartest and most experienced agent, then you are not getting the best advice, the most money, or the smoothest transaction.
