Why own a business if you are not going to ever return calls, emails, or answer the phone? Guess they don’t want any new customers, don’t bother with them and go somewhere who actually gets back to you.
Update: they reply to a Google review within 2 hours but not a voicemail, or email, or 2 phone calls for over 5-6 days.

I've worked with Bryan and Frank for about 10 years now. I have ownership or part ownership shares in 2 companies, so tax time can be complicated. In this day and age there's few businesses I trust. I completely trust Keystone. Bryan and Frank are honest, very competent, and extremely ethical. They're not going to tell you what you want to hear just because you want to hear it. They're straight shooters and give very good advice (based on their years of experience). I use Keystone for payroll, state tax filings, sales tax in two states, personal tax, and business tax filings. I've had two other accountants before Keystone, so I have basis for comparison. Rates are competitive and they are very efficient.

Frank and Bryan Haarlander are fantastic! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for accountant/tax preparers - whether it's for personal/business tax filing or business accounting (and probably more). Their knowledge and experience is extensive. They're absolutely current with tax and accounting laws. They offer wonderful tools to enable clients to organize their information. They regularly publish short blog articles informing us of important tax news. And they've published a highly practical, informative, user-friendly, step-by-step book called "EMPOWER Your Business to Reach Its Full Potential." I enjoyed reading it - especially the various pitfalls new business owners fall into and how to avoid them - and am keeping it handy as a reference. All this and they're really nice people who are respectful and accessible and efficient and know how to communicate in a way clients can understand. I could go on and on. I'm so glad I found them.

I have been working with Frank for 4 or 5 years now. He always goes above and beyond and strives to help his clients in every way he can. Sometimes its not even in accounting. He has been doing my personal and business taxes for sometime now and even helped with a complicated estate return for my wife and I.We have never had the service we get from Frank from any other accounting firm, let alone another vendor.

I first interacted with Frank related to an obscure tax change that allowed recovery of taxes paid years ago. Frank was incredibly knowledgeable about the regulations and the process, and was instrumental in obtaining a substantial refund. This would not have happened without his involvement. Since then, Frank has handled all my taxes for me, which includes both personal and a small LLC. He is thorough, knowledgeable, professional, fast, and very easy to work with. Frank explains things clearly and presents alternatives when appropriate. I particularly appreciate that he provides multiple means of interacting with his firm – phone, email, postal mail, secure upload/download, and has always been easy to reach when I've needed to talk to him. I highly recommend his firm.
