“I've never been a "group fitness class" kind of person so to be honest, I was a little hesitant to try Killin' It With Kettlebells, but I know Pat Flynn (the instructor) and have worked out with him a lot over the past year. He is, hands down, the best coach I've ever worked with (and I've been a lifelong athlete) so that alone is worth the price of admission. Anyways, for as much as I thought I wasn't a group fitness person, it turns out...I am. Or at least, I'm a Killing It With Kettlebells type of person. The group of people who come in and work out, whether in the early morning boot camp, the noon class, or the nighttime ones, are great. Wonderful dynamic. The instruction is beyond comparison. Overall, it's awesome. I love it! I lost 17 pounds in 4 months (mind you, that's 17 pounds I didn't even think I had to lose). If you ever had an interest in kettlebells or are just looking for something new to try, check out Killing It With Kettlebells, for sure!”

“Clean, friendly gym with plenty of equipment and space to get a full workout done. They have weights in .5 increments which is a huge plus for building strength and muscle. Nice variety of group exercises s well. Plenty of cardio machines, stretch machines as well. Bands, balls, ropes, TRX and more. Helpful and Knowledgeable instructors. Plus they have a squash coury and a sauna too.”

“After a hiatus of about 4 years I was ready to get back but was admittedly nervous. Like most people I was concerned with it being too hard or the community not being welcoming. I’ll start by saying the community is hands down the best. No one is judgmental, everyone is encouraging, and there isn't any cattiness. There are no egos and everyone is genuinely there to better themselves. Next, there is no better coach than Aliyah. She takes the time before each workout to teach you and give you the chance to practice the movement, and will work with you on scaling until you become efficient. She is very attentive and proficient with the movements she teaches, and remains patient even if you struggle to pick up on things. She’s a great motivator and friend. LXF has become a huge part of my life and daily routine, and ever since I’ve been consistently going I’ve seen improvements in other areas of my life as well. Highly recommend!!”
