They damaged a very nice pants of mine that I brought to trim the bottom. One Legg is shorter than the other now. And it can't be fixed because it was cutted.I have use their dry cleaner services but the tailor I done risk anymore

Hemmed a curtain several inches too short and unevenly. Lining is uneven and looks terrible. Scorch mark on it and tried to charge us extra, over $125 more than they said it would cost. (We prepaid). Terrible service.Service: Alterations

Needed dresses hemmed for my daughters. Was shocked at the crazy high price for the hem work but decided to go with it for convenience sake. Unfortunately when I went to pick up the "hemmed" dresses, Mrs Kim had simply CUT them with ZERO sewing! I was shocked. Could have done that myself! Why would I pay a seamstress to cut a straight line? And why didn't she tell me she couldn't or wouldn't hem the dresses when I originally dropped them off? Poor communication for sure. After I made a fuss about all of this as I was picking the dresses up, she finally knocked off a few bucks. But the damage is done. Never going there again. :(

Great family owned cleaners. I always bring my dry cleaning here and they do a fantastic job. They are a great value and the owners are extremely friendly. I will definitely keep coming back!

Worst dry cleaners! Do not do business with these people! Dishonest, lacking integrity and responsibility! Here's the lowdown: I dropped off several dress shirts and a week later picked them up. I noticed(and you will to from the pics) that a shirt was ripped open at the elbow. When I questioned the woman(co-owner) about it, she quickly told me I brought it in that way! Totally false! What reasonable person would bring in a shirt like this to be dry-cleaned, with the intention of wearing it again! She proceeded to tell me that maybe I was leaning too much on my elbows or that I wore a sweater over the shirt and that ripped it! Are you kidding me?!?! Aside from insulting my intelligence, and thinking I was stupid, she chose not to take responsibility for her business damaging my dress shirt! Instead of her taking responsibility for damaging my shirt, which they did, she chose to lie about it to avoid reimbursing me for the shirt! And she still charged me for drycleaning the shirt! Not sure how one could even dry-clean this shirt in such damaged condition! This co-owner showed lack of integrity, responsibility, and honesty! Anyone thinking of doing business with Fairfield Cleaners, Exton PA you have been forewarned! See pics attached.
