Called in and the lady sounded very snobby. Telling me to get the line for an estimate which is two weeks out. Sounded like this place is too good for my car. Better look somewhere else. These places once they have a decent work load they just think they don’t need to be humble anymore.

Unfortunately my Jeep was hit. Fortunately I found the best auto body shop to bring it back to new!! Fantastic communication, helped with rental car, getting damaged vehicle towed, very pleased and highly recommend!!

I have used them twice for my Cadillac Lyriq. Both times my car returned like new..inside and out. Great staff at the front as well. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do, I would certainly return again.

While I wasn't happy about my car being damaged by fallen tree limb, the service and personnel here were outstanding and went out of their way to make sure I had a rental car in short order with no effort on my part. Great with updates on progress of repairs. A quality organization all around.

BCW is known as the best bodyshop around, and they proved it again based on my recent experience. Very responsive and customer focused. The work is always of a high quality, and I really appreciate the clear explanations and timely status updates!

Brandywine Coach Works Exton did an excellent job re-repairing poor quality work done by a prior shop. The car looks like it did before it was hit. My only regret is not going to Brandywine initially. I hope not to need body repair again, but if I do, Brandywine Exton is where I will go.
