CJ and Beth Stein are the most valuable, sophisticated and connected partners in the game. After looking for a new home for our growing family for several years we met Beth and CJ. In a very short time, they helped us navigate a very challenging and complicated market and ultimately land our dream home. Their understanding of the market, structuring deals that win and protecting and educating their clients is unparalleled. Constant communication directly with CJ and Beth with no hands off to other representatives, flawless execution post going under contract thanks to Lisa on their ops team, are just some the key reasons working with them is such a no-brainer. Many months after closing the sale, we still consider them friends. They continue to refer us to quality vendors for home related services and even advise on home related topics and questions. A call from Beth and CJ to just say “hi” or wish one of us a happy birthday are not uncommon either. Sharing our Experience with CJ:Timeline: Pre-signing Beth & CJ Stein Team- Before meeting CJ, we interviewed a couple of realtors and went through a trial run of a property with them.- Most of our experience with other realtors, were pretty much the same mostly geared on our desires and wants for our first house. Nothing wrong in that, but as a person trying to invest significant portion of our asset, we wanted to know to what might be cons of the property if we buy it.- We never were able to pin point this particular aspect with other realtorsAnd here comes CJ with his trial run,- Boom every little detail about the property right from the material used for kitchen and what might be a way to mitigate any wear and tear.- We still had another trial run with him later in order to make a decision, he was kind enough to give another shot although we had not given any commitment for signing up with him. Again, I think we liked him from the aspect not only he will tell you everything good about the property but also what might be the challenges with the property later if we did not take care of it.Timeline: Post Signing Beth & CJ Stein Team- In the market, we were trying to place an offer, it was very much competitive and every time we lost an offer he would be very optimistic that we will find it and tell us not to worry about it.- Every offer he would take care in asking us how much we are comfortable in giving up while offering for the property and that is really appreciated since we would not get pressured to make a decision- CJ is a person who would be upfront and honest about the property and also kept as the buyer in check so that we also do our due diligence before making an offer- We had a really challenging time in the start of 2023, CJ was really empathetic for our situation.Timeline: Offer Acceptance to Closing- This is where we meet CJ's team. Lisa (part of Beth & CJ team) was really helpful in finding all other subsidiary information to get our offer to closing.- We also got a really good lender recommendation which helped in closing our offer as expected without any hiccups.In summary, if we had to do the whole process again , we would still do it with CJ.

The Stein team was great to work with. Both Beth and CJ helped us through the entire process of purchasing our home. CJs engineering background was extremely helpful when touring homes to help determine any potential issues or things to look out for. Great experience!

CJ and Beth are the best! They helped us through every stage of the selling process as we prepared to leave our home of 30-plus years. We sold our house for more than the asking price to people who will enjoy and cherish it as we did. What might have been an overwhelming and confusing process was made very do-able by the Stein team. When deciding to list our house and downsize we wanted to make sure we found an experienced realtor who knew the local market. We met with several local realtors and were impressed with CJ’s background as well as his coming totally prepared to our initial meeting with comps and knowledge of the market in our specific area.CJ and Beth got right to work alerting other agents in their network about a new listing. We were impressed with CJ’s knowledge of contractors and other local business owners in the area.CJ and Beth hired a great professional photographer who took amazing photos and overhead drone video of our home. We know this made a difference as we saw the difference in views of our property vs others on various websites and we ultimately had an out of state buyer.Although the timing of our listing and interest rates were not in our favor, CJ had the confidence to keep our listing price steady and not fall to temptation and lower it like weaker real estate agents were doing. We ultimately got a fair price for our home and were happy after only 3 months on market during a difficult time for home sellers.CJ and team are the TEAM for selling your luxury home. CJ was always available for calls with us and kept us updated on everything going on with our listing and eventual sale. He even offered to help manage contractors for us when we went on vacation. Lisa in the office is very organized as well and made sure she got everything she needed from us to move the process along.We would recommend the CJ and Beth Stein team to anyone wanting to maximize value on their house. They are experienced in the local area and will get the sale done with no drama. Our only regret is not listing with CJ sooner and moving to the beach years ago.

We had the pleasure of working with the Stein team during our recent move which included Beth and CJ Stein as well as Lisa Buscaglia. They helped us sell our current home as well as purchasing our new home. I cannot imagine anyone else being as attentive, knowledgeable, informed, professional, available, responsive, and amiable as Beth, CJ and Lisa. Their diverse backgrounds and separate areas of expertise together formed a team that was truly remarkable. CJ has extensive experience in home restoration and his fund of knowledge evaluating properties from a structural standpoint was invaluable. I would never consider buying a home, particularly an older home, without the input of someone who was truly able to accurately assess the property structurally, so we knew exactly what we were getting into with respect to the property's physical condition as well as the condition of the heating, Air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, well and septic. Beth was fantastic dealing with the financial process, knowing precisely the market values of the home being sold and the purchased home, and was instrumental in negotiating our sale and purchase. She was also phenomenal with her advice concerning getting our house ready for sale and setting it up in such a way as to maximize its value. Lisa was delightful to deal with handling all of the administrative issues and was always available for questions for which we like most people had on a daily basis. She is so pleasant and so easy to work with and we couldn't have navigated this very difficult process without her. The Stein team had it all covered and went above and beyond what I had expected making the process so much easier than I had feared not having moved in many years.
