It’s the staff at this Verizon location. That’s so incredible. They seem to have enough staff to accomplish the number of people coming in the door. We have never had to wait for service more than 10 minutes. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and supportive of one another. If one has a lot of work, the others jump in to help out if they’re not busy themselves. Can’t say enough about this location.

Super cool dudes. Very knowledgeable and quick to get both my and my wife's phones upgraded to new ones and transferred everything perfect. The most down to earth, relatable and easy to get along with Verizon folks I've ever done business with. We're only going to this store from now on!

Highly recommend talking to Lucas. He helped me spot unnecessary extras on my plan that were costing me $$ every month. He’s the kind of guy that will go the extra mile to make sure the customer is getting top notch experience.

I cam into Verizon today with in hopes of lowering my bill and adding a line to my plan. All because of Davon this was able to be done! As i was in the store he managed to get other customers what they need also. With him jump all around to each customer to get them in and out of the store as fas as possible. I had to leave to go to an appointment and when i came back lucas was able to finsh out what Davon and i was working on prior to me leaving. Thank you both for answering all of my questions and do exactly what i came in to do! Thank you both for making this possible!

Lucas Valencic was absolutely wonderful and patient while helping us switch from Tmobile to Verizon with 6 lines. Super knowledgeable and highly recommend him.

Lucas at the Peach Street store went above and beyond tonight. The Verizon retail store on W Ridge didn't have the IPhone my husband wanted, so at 7:25 pm, we called the Peach St store. Lucas didn't seem at all irritated that we called 1/2 hour before closing and drove in. He had the phone out and ready to go by the time we arrived. Not only did we leave the store with phone in hand, but Lucas even stayed 15 mins past closing to make sure we had everything we needed. The top notch customer service Lucas provided is rare in our current culture. We will never go anywhere else.

My husband broke his phone and we were referred to this store by a friend. So glad we decided to check it out. We were able to easily transition from another phone company thanks to Lucas. He was very professional and made the entire experience very easy for us. We are very happy with our new phones and with our new service.

Delaunte was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions pertaining to our bill, phone upgrades, payments etc. he was very honest and didn’t try to push us into purchasing things that weren’t necessary. He took a lot of time to make sure everything went smoothly when switching from my old phone to my new phone. We will definitely use this location for all further business and hope to be assisted by Delaunte again!

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Delaunte, and I have to say, he provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. From the moment I walked in, Delaunte greeted me and made me feel welcome. He took the time to listen to my needs and went above and beyond to make sure I found what I was looking for.What really stood out to me was Delaunte's attention to detail. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products in the store and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. He even went out of his way to suggest some additional items that he thought might be helpful, which I really appreciated.But what really made the experience memorable was Delaunte's kindness and empathy. He truly cared about making sure I was satisfied with my purchase and went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience. Recently I had some connectivity issues with my service and couldn’t get any answers with my local store. A friend of mine referred me to Delaunte at the Peach St. store in Erie as she had prior experience from there. She couldn’t have been more right! Delaunte answered my questions without hesitation and was able to determine what the issue was. He was kind, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time for me even though I have a store closer in my area. Outstanding customer service, much appreciated!
