Due to a broken link and being unable to uninstall, and re install a program my whole computer was reset, I unfortunately had little information to give ( to Tom the gentleman helping me) . Lucky me the little bit given was all he needed to work the magic! I'm so very thankful and Lucky!

Thank God for velocity vent….well thank Velocity . The fiber optic Netwerk is super fast and very reliable. My fiancé works from home and always has a good connection we stream TVs and never have interruptions. Faster than anything we paid tons of money for before and much cheaper.
