My service person just left his name was Paul, he diagnosed the problem with our washer. He went the extra mile to make sure it wasn't the pump or motor. It was the timer. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend this company for any service repairs. If all technicians could be this friendly and honest. Thanks again Paul.

Very efficient and knowledgeable. Was a no nonsense worker. Diagnosed the problem and got the dryer running smoothly again. Also drop clothed the floor and wore paper booties. I appreciated his respect for our property. Also liked the way he kept in touch via text messages do I could plan my day.

Highly, don't recommend. I can't tell you how many appointments I have had scheduled. I made my first request back in July and it is October now. I have been stood up on appointments three times with no shows. A window of 8a.m. - 5p.m. is crazy enough but then to not show up after I have spend a day at home waiting is ridiculous. Then today I received a notice after the technician was already two hours behind schedule that I didn't answer the door. A picture was attached showing a house that is now where near mine. It stated that they tried to call me yet no missed calls or voicemails. Technician lied and there is no recourse because its always, sorry for the inconvenience, I'm glad you called, you've reached the right person, we'll make this right. Well now I have to wait another month for an appointment. And to clarify I wasn't m ad about the previous no shows and can understand the occasional delay or need to reschedule, but after this log I should be the first service on the route.

Paul, the serviceman, did a great job!
However, Sears has been very frustrating: canceling appointments for no reason; not getting parts and not letting me know; parts department was supposed to get back to me in 48 hours, but no contact! And then I'm forced to be on the phone and on chat for long periods of time fixing what Sears has done or not done. :(

I needed to replace the door handle on my new GE microwave. GE coordinated with Sears Appliance Repair for the installation. I received a confirmation text, a call from Paul (the technician), and another text when he was on his way. Paul was courteous and fixed my microwave effortlessly. Thank you for the excellent service!
