My 7 year old laptop was running slower than a snail on its slowest day. Would not update and froze all the time. I had him wipe the computer clean and start over. I also had him add 4 gbs of ram because I now use the laptop for djing. The laptop runs better than the day I bought it. Handles a million karaoke and music files with ease. He updated the operating system and added the 4gb ram for $150. Dropped it off at 10 am and picked it up by the end of the business the following day. Over half the cost of a new one. Highly recommend!!!

They've repairs several of my computers over the years and ALWAYS does a superior job. I get back a functional piece of equipment that I can easily use. Never a hiccup or problem. You really need to use them. I highly recommend them

Amazing service & honest. I always try to buy local first but if they don't have it they help u find it. Personal service by people who know their stuff. I highly recommend them for all your computer & yes, your phone is a computer, phone needs! They've been in business for decades when many fly by night computer service stores have come & gone. +1 star for owners knowledge, and prompt text upon return of vacation. Seemed nice enough.-1 star of owner being inconsiderate and not letting us know about a delay of over a week due to scheduled vacation when this laptop repair was urgent.-1 star for incompetent staff that gaslights. “I’ll call this evening” never calls. “I’ll text you” texts 3 days later. Had to show up in person 3 times to get him motivated.-1 star for charging almost double upon told price and only fixing the computer halfway-1 star for the time it took to fix a blacked out screen I could have fixed given the amount of time.Took wife’s computer here expecting nothing but perfection due to the reviews about 15 days ago. Owner took laptop, and said he would work on it immediately and get back to me. I Called 2 days later and he was “out sick”. No problem, it happens, right? I call 2 days later, and get a voicemail that he is on vacation all this week…Hmm that would have been nice to know ahead of time, when My wife needed her laptop…. I decide to stop in and an employee indicates he’s working on it and it will be done “tomorrow” and definitely around 65.00 price range (I asked)…. Fast forward several days of delays and excuses, the owner returns and tells me my laptop is repaired partially and the bill is 106 bucks. Says webcam is a hardware issue, and needs replaced. Will cost an additional 150. I don’t fault him for this, however it’s left a sour taste in my mouth.
