Nice place. Very clean. Produce is excellent and very fresh. I very highly recommend here for any food shopping. Cashiers and all employees are friendly and very helpful with any questions Ive ever had. Store is and always been, extremely clean. The store set up makes it very quick and simple to find everything. Amazing selections of food. The food is a little pricey for most things but honestly, the market district brand is seriously, top shelf/quality. I love Giant Eagle because, they've helped me and a few people I know. Thank you and God bless Y'all and yours.

The staffing is awful in the prepared foods/ sub shop.The people who work there do the best they can but at times one person is expected to handle 3 separate areas including running register for the sale of beer and wine. That’s the fault of their supervisors

An item in produce was mismarked, and I wanted to purchase it at the price marked. Nick the manager persistently tried to dissuade me from standing my ground, which I did on principle, then sold it to me at the (mis)marked price.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any grocery store. It's not enough to have a loyalty card, now they want you to use digital coupons for deals which requires one to download the app. Got to the checkout and got the most ignorant, rude "team member" in the place. Never again!

This store is not conducive for the handicap. Some of the staff is rude and inconsiderate. The mobile carts are never available each time I go. Stocking staff puts their stuff in the middle of the aisle so I can't get through.

Absolutely by far the worst layout for a grocery store I’ve ever seen in my life. You could be in here for days trying to find a product the way they have this place like a mouse maze. This is why I wish they would bring a Kroger to Erie or a Safeway. Those grocery stores have it right.single lane long isles is the best layout it has been proven. Not splitting the isles in half and putting several redirect walk around points so you cannot see the signage properly. This is absolutely the worst layoff for a grocery store I’ve ever seen. You can tell they do this on purpose because they have the dairy section and milk all the way behind the toiletries and dog food just to make you walk clear across the entire store to get to it. Keep the food and produce in one side, and then the other on the other side. I will never come back here
