Dani is great! I went in with a friend for her to get some knives sent out and wanted to get some gardening shears but they were out. I'm definitely coming back though to buy some and some other stuff as well. She was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Had a amazing experience at Cutco store in Erie! Walked into a friendly welcome, all my questions answered and my decision was made, thanks to Greg. Greg is super friendly, knowledgeable and offers excellent customer service hands down!!!!!! Best knives ever!

I purchased a Cutco (red handle) santoku trimmer on line from the nicest sales person , Greg North. I was leary ordering this online because of all the mailing delays, but I got it in RECORD time. I swear Greg delivered it himself. I was so happy with the service that a few days later I ordered the Cutco Spreader (red handle) from Greg again, and the same service happened. Lightening speed delivery. I had also ordered another Cutco from the main factory on Nov31, and as of today, Dec 22, it is still hung up someplace. I will ALWAYS order from the Erie PA store from now on. I have many many Cutco knives. ERIE CUTCO isthe BEST..

I was happily greeted by a gentleman named Greg who was very accommodating and answered all of my questions. Now that some time has passed and I had a chance to utilize the products I purchased; I feel like I can give my most honest review.
