This place is Hands down one of the best audio shops I ever dealt with.they are top notch. I went in there this morning to have some work done. These guys make you feel at home that's no exaggeration. I had my wife and a 2 and 3 year old. These guys put on a Disney show for the children on a 77 inch big screen TV. They offered coffee and drinks for everyone
Now for the work it is perfect just what I needed and wanted if I could I would have gave them 10 stars because 5 stars in my eyes is an under statement . They will be seeing me and others again. Once again thank you very much for letting us feel so blessed while being there

What an amazing business.
Few days ago I took my car in that needed some speaker repair, was tired of the problems I had with the factory replacements so I decided to stop by Custom Audio. With absolutely no idea what I was looking for and welcomed warmly, Nick, Sondra, AJ and more had me an entire speaker set up replacement picked out with options and cost in literally minutes. They got me scheduled in quickly for only little more than a day away. They had the job done quickly, offered complete transparency during the process and was very communicative. Custom Audio really showed me how serious they are about providing top notch, QUALITY service to all of their customers.
If you’re even a little bit curious about upgrading or repairing your sound system in your car, you’d be silly to not at least stop by and speak with the pros!

I have to start with... I never leave reviews, but felt compelled to leave one for my experience with Custom Audio. I struggled with a stereo install for a couple of months and just wasn't able to get it right. I had purchased a couple of things through Custom Audio and asking questions. I have a 2024 Ram and these new vehicles are nightmares to figue out. The owner Sondralee went out of her way to help me in every way. Finally I broke down and had to ask for help and have them go over my work to figure out what was wrong. They were able to help me within a 1hr visit. The guy that worked on my truck (of course I didn't get his name) was super nice and did a great job. Couldn't recommend them enough. They really are the best. High end equipment and high level knowledge.

Great service with friendly and knowledgeable staff. My son's grandfather gifted him a car, but no rear back-up camera and just an AM/FM radio with CD player. Custom Audio was able suggest the perfect smart radio and back-up camera option and install looks like it was built this way, with even smart connection in center console! Great service. My electric start wasn't working. Fixed it right away. It was the battery. Very happy with my electric start I've had it several years before I needed a new battery.

Don't give them any deposit before work otherwise you will lost your money because I faced that situation in this place they just make me fool with one excuse like your right side socket is not good so we can't do that i was there because of i don't know how to replace socket rightnow I'mdriving without headlight if cops will pull over to me so who will responsible for that ? They just know how to take labor cost, others ? due to they were not able to complete job work today i ruined my time, money & plan too.I want to go out of state but due to this mess I couldn't go . Even technician worked only half hour & they said in our shop one hour is minimum charge & in the end they charged one hour charge from deposit. No doubt they served water & coffee but i didn't have idea like those cost will be fetched like this way.lastly, they said our technician is ill & now if you want to book another appointment so you have to come again on monday evening & must have to pay everything again.Be aware before go in this place. I wrote it down everything so other folks can save their hard earn money.

What a great business! Sondralee and the team at Custom Audio were very helpful with my auto care needs. I needed something to help keep my seats clean under my sons car seat. Sondralee quickly showed me the lineup of weathertech that she had and it was perfect. Very prompt and professional. I will be going back.
