Won't recommend to anyone...Terrible quality control/products... Screen is going out for the 3rd time after they replaced it twice prior. Debris behind front facing camera lens BOTH times even though I complained of it the first time...

It is strange that in this day-and-age, with all the electronic devices that people own, there are not more repair outlets for such devices. Fortunately, places like CPR exist. Thank you for your services! Thank you for putting good, used, units in the hands of those not able to afford NEW units. What a kindness to the community!

Took a bit longer than I anticipated, but they pulled through and saved my PS5 (power issue) without needing a factory reset! I have a old PS3 I might have them look at too!

I have been here a few times. The 1st time I went I observed the young man at the counter being very rude and impatient to a customer on the phone and similarly to the customer in front of me. He attempted to repair my phone but kept calling me to say it needed more parts. He never fixed the phone and I was out the repair fee. I attempted to go in recently requesting a minor repair. Obviously he was having a bad day and was rude to me and very pessimistic. He basically said he didn't have time for my "30 minute" repair after the older gentleman said it would be no problem. Poor customer service! He should not be dealing with customers. I found another repair place that fixed the phone in 15 minutes and now it works great!

Professional, fast service , and fixed my phone without any lingering issues. Pricey but worth it compared to places I went beforehand that were not professional at all. The guy knew what he was doing and it was worth it to pay what I had to.
